“Went in after Christmas to see if any merchandise would interest me since Christmas was 50% off. Bought several things in the morning, I had a wonderful employee named Tiffany who checked me out. Got home opened my one purchased item that was in a box to discover it was sadly broken even though it was in a box and secured by styrofoam. Went back in the afternoon since it was really busy in the morning in hopes of finding another one to exchange my broken one. I found another and Tiffany who helped check me out in the morning got to check me out again helping me exchange my item. She even helped me open the box to insure the new one wasn't broken either so I wouldn't drive all the way home with a possibly another broken item”

“I initially came in to check out a adjustable base that is lower needed for a family member who is ill. Jeremey was great , made a good recommendation and a decent price. Then we started discussing temper medic mattresses and showed me one I could get a great deal on so I bought it also. I hadn’t intended on purchasing a mattress but he was so genuine and knowledgeable that I thought it made sense to take the deal”
