“Always friendly at the counter. It's hit or miss with waiting just like any USPS. I confirmed the hours with the clerk as I have seen a few requests for those asking about the hours.”
“Shaun at the Tybee P.O. is a rose among thorns. In a world where quality customer service and knowledge of the job are things of the distant past, Shaun stands alone as a shining beacon of light in the gloom. For some reason I have frequent troubles with package deliveries, but Shaun always knows exactly what to do and is extremely friendly and helpful every time I stop in with an issue, which he immediately is able to resolve efficiently and effortlessly. He is definitely getting invited to the BBQ. If I was able to give more than five stars in this review, I absolutely would. Alas, five will have to suffice, though it doesn’t do him the justice he deserves.”
