I stumbled across Union Landing, defeated, and ready to throw in the towel when I decided to give it one last go. After spending so much money just on application/ and administrative fees and being denied based on some credit card debt that I acquired while going through hard times really had me going into a slight case of depression ?. I can truly appreciate ?? the pre- qualification process. Knowing what you are and are not qualified before any money or personal information is being taken for no reason is GAME CHANGING- trust me!. I came in, got approved, did my part- did everything what was needed that day, and the next week I was in my READY TO MOVE IN unit- literally, ready for me, clean and all!. My daughter and I absolutely LOVE our new ?!
