“Exremely fast service. Trevor was more than helpful and didnt make me feel stupid when he figured out how to power on my phone when i couldnt for 2 days.

“First of all I live in Greeneville, TN. I am 5 1/2 hrs away from my 86 yr old mother. She was using an Android phone and was constantly getting viruses on her phone. I convinced her to move over to an iphone. I purchased a used phone on ebay but once it arrived we realized it needed the battery replaced. I called around and found a truly wonderful person named Sid. A week later my sister was able to take my mother to Sid to have the battery replaced. His comforting disposition made my mother feel that this wonderful man truly cares about his customers. Thanks again to Sid and Cellairis for there cellular support in the Fayetteville area.”

“My guy, Damien, was great. The manager/greeter seemed less than happy to be there. I waited at least 15 mins beforehand acknowledged me. When he did, no apology was offered. “Stopped here on a flight to Miami. I had a quick layover do I find not have a lot of time to look around. The restrooms we're clean and comfortable. I bought a book to read on the plane and got some snacks also. All in all, it was a quick comfortable layover.”
