However, the other phone was completely dead. Without hesitation, Darren found a way to charge the dead phone and meanwhile, he managed to fix the Internet issues on my current phone. His fast, friendly, and determined approach to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. He even sold me a portable charger so that the dead phone could be used again.
