“Very clean, neat, and a professional warehouse! Very organized and easy people to work with. They’ve never failed to provide excellent service to my warehousing needs. I’ve heard nothing but excellent reviews from truck drivers as well. They are fast and friendly. The only thing everyone says to do is to call for directions to arrive. Highly recommend them for any warehousing needs!”

“I've been here many times and always have a great experience. In fact, this last Friday my load wasn't supposed to be ready until Saturday and they loaded it by 6:00 p.m. p.m. on Friday letting me get a head start out of town. After rush hour so I didn't mind”
“I am a truck driver, they met me before my unloading appointment time. The people are very pleasant.
You can arrive at night, there is space to park without obstructing circulation.
The reception door is on the side of dock/Door # 7, there are some stairs and a door.”
“When you get to the gate honk your horn. Very friendly they open at 7am. Lady at shipping office is very helpful. Drop trailer at the dock and bobtail to the office park there. Wait for a phone call. 2 to 3 hours to load. Thank you from Bertrand Kay Services”
“Not sure about these bad reviewed. Maybe I’m just the lucky one. 8am appointment. Arrived at 7:15. In a door by 7:30am. I was 6th in line. Out by 9:40. 2 1/2 hours in and out. Hitting the dock is not for beginners though. But they line us up 1 after another so it’s a lot easier”

“Wasn't as bad as I thought it would've been reading the reviews. Appointment was for 6am, arrived at 0515, in a dock by 0615 and done by 8am. Only took one star off due to the security guard being sleep in the guard shack upon arrival. Had to knock twice in the door to wake her up.”
“Been picking up and returning pallets here for years and I have been seeing improvements on load and unloading times. The forklift driver Black has been outstanding on getting me loaded quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“I was reading the driver what they post the bad review. Its my first time to come here for delivery my appointment is 13:00 live unload but I arrived at 11:15 they gave to dock 11:20 I got empty at 11:45”
