“A nice sized store with a surprisingly large selection of furniture. Everything was neat and clearly priced. The store was adequately staffed and associates were helpful and willing to provide assistance.”

“Had to get some birthday balloons for my mother and Harley assisted me. As someone who works in the corporate world, I would say, Harley went ABOVE and beyond “Dollar Tree” standards. Yall need to have that woman at The Rtiz pampering her for how she treats the customers there, truly. Not only did she ask questions about WHO the balloons were for, she also offered additional input, which helped create another sale. A kid got in line to get a drink and she went to blow my balloons up, and asked if she could check him out first so he didn’t have to wait. Again, her thinking of EVERYONES time, reading the room, being able to gauge that I would be ok with that, and doing what was best for ALL PARTIES is why she is an exceptional employee. Give her a raise, allot her extra break time, give her a paid vacation on Dollar Tree! Heck throw a pizza party, people love pizza parties! But in today’s world, show some kind of appreciation for Harley, who is clearly just being herself by going above and beyond NORMAL standards.”

I can’t remember his name but I know people call him the Drive Up King. He is always so careful with the eggs and bread to the point where he goes out of the way to make sure they are in a safe spot. I have always had great experiences with him and the rest of the target team going above and beyond to create an amazing guest experience.”
“Took my grandaughter for an afternoon at the mall and we stopped by Ross. We found the gifts for her friends birthday and enjoyed looking at all the Halloween decor! Employees were friendly and the store was nice!”
“Bought one of my favorite tractors here, very nice tractor, good working tractor, tractor does great job when pulling my tractor stuff, also green tractor, top speed of 35mph very fast tractor, go here for propane, smart head employees, 600 credit score employees, heck off brian ya dang fiddler eddie knows lots, also very nice ducks.?”

“Tj maxx is the holy grail of my hello kitty fascination. Valentine’s Day items were half off and hit the jackpot of the hello kitty cooking ware. The shelf stated it was on clearance but I didn’t care I was buying it no matter what. While at the register my mum mentioned it being on the clearance shelf and they immediately rectified the price to the half off. Thank you so much Dayna and Kristen for taking the time did adjust the price!”

“We know now the Dollar Tree moved away from its $1 prices last year to $1.25. I see they are expanding to multiple price points, with a market in selling food and beverage items from $2 to $5. COVID a changed the world and companies loss a lot on revenues; so we the consumers are paying their losses. And I believe retailers are not going back to offer affordable prices. I am not a regular customer at this location, but I seeing a BIG difference and improvement. The management “Manager” skills at this location is excellent. I noticed, they have a new staff and I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. And finally the check-out registers are looking much better. There is no doubt this store has improved tremendously and have a wide selection of products than the other location uptown! Keep it up, great job!”
“I love this store! They have a wide variety of high quality brands and the sales and coupons are great! I get even more deals by being a member of their rewards program. If the store doesn’t have a certain size or color, I order online through the app and get the items shipped to store for free. It’s very convenient! I’ll be a JC Penney shopper for life!”
“Service is great The workers are willing to help with anything and we brought in clothes and they gave us about 40 dollars for 6 shirts and a pair of pants great place for people who are trying to get cute clothes at reasonable prices”
“I know a lot of people complain about Walmart, but I am very happy with this store. I've always had friendly and helpful employees, the store is generally very clean and stocked, and I find the checkout process efficient. If they will consistently stock diet Ginger-ale, they'll get 5 stars. Self checkout is here to stay, y'all-- can thank employees nationwide who don't show up or quit without notice for that-- so I don't have anything negative to say about that.”
“I've came in a few times for both me and my 2 daughters at different times. The hairstyles cut my hair once and did both of my kids styles at different times. She was great. Ms. Ludora kept asking if I was comfortable and if I liked what she was doing. However, the woman next to her was rude, had food in the salon, and dealing with 2 clients at the same time, she was inappropriately speaking in front of my youngest daughter. Ludora repeatedly apologized for her coworkers. I was highly upset. The other styles was rude to my styles and that also upset me. The manager just sat in her office until the mini cakes showed up and the the three of them were teasing Ludora for not having any dessert. How rude. 4 stars for Ludora and zero stars for the locate.”
“As usual, they have nearly everything you need in one-stop shopping. However, the "pick up" shoppers seem to have priority over shoppers in person shoppers.”
