They carry most items that most people need or use.Just to clarify my reviews the gas prices at the Lakeland Dollar general are usually the cheapest in Lakeland.I also have been to the Dollar General at Walkers Crossing. This DG, was also clean. And the people who work there were very helpful and friendly also. This DG, doesn't sell gasoline, like the store in Lakeland. But both stores were clean and organized. If you're in the area of either store, I recommend that you check them out for your local shopping needs.”

“Always come here for a quick stop if I’ve forgot anything from the store or need just a few items as it’s the closest store that has a selection of groceries.
The best part of this dollar general, though, are the people. They don’t seem to have much turnover. Most of the employees here I’ve seen for the last 2 years. They are unbelievably nice too! There are two ladies that I see at the counter the most. Both sweet as a peach and very helpful. Pam is one of them and she’s great.”
“I do understand why you have to lock the restrooms people are very disrespectful and what you have but sometimes when you got to go it's hard to wait on a cashier to go unlock the door for you the store was very clean the ladies were very nice everything in place very helpful to find in the light bulb that I needed thank you”

“This place is very convenient to the proximity of my home. It's usually pretty clean and organized. Sometimes not. The older little short white guy that stocks the shelves is super helpful. Can't say that about the female employees in there. In my experience they haven't been very helpful. More concerned about standing up and gossiping and talking about when they're going to take their next break then helping customers. The heavy-set manager is always nice and friendly and helpful.”

“Best store ever I love the prices and it has items you don't see any where else name brand items most at a lower price than anywhere it has almost everything you need and the selection is never the same so you just never know what you might find trust me and go the staff is alway so laid back and nice unlike most stores these days”
