“Went in to add my wife and brother onto my account walked out as a new T-Mobile wifi customer, my brother got a new watch at a great deal, upgraded my phone plan to where I can upgrade devices every 2 years, the manager there (forgot his name) was super knowledgeable, super helpful and just an all around great experience. I'd recommend anybody to look into the swap to T-Mobile.”

“Realizing that it is 20 times more likely that a person will post a bad review when they aren't happy than a good one when they are, I have to put in my two cents. I would not have any other company than Mediacom provide my internet service. We have been with them for many years and have very little problem with the customer or technical service. Yes, it goes out on rare occasions, but they are always diligent to get it back on as quickly as possible. We use Roku streaming since we cut the Dish Network cord (there's a bad review) and have had only minimum issues with the internet connection. It is worth every cent we pay for Mediacom high speed internet. There, that's my two cents.”
