“Highly recommend going here if you need service! We brought a new Galaxy Watch Ultra in to swap out with an old one on the same service plan. Alyssa, the assistant tried to fix and then had to call support and spend over 1 1/2 hours with us trying to get everything working. She was very professional, personable and very patient trying to help us! We have to wait for a Verizon tech on Monday but would definately return if we needed anything else due to the superior service and clean store!”

“Realizing that it is 20 times more likely that a person will post a bad review when they aren't happy than a good one when they are, I have to put in my two cents. I would not have any other company than Mediacom provide my internet service. We have been with them for many years and have very little problem with the customer or technical service. Yes, it goes out on rare occasions, but they are always diligent to get it back on as quickly as possible. We use Roku streaming since we cut the Dish Network cord (there's a bad review) and have had only minimum issues with the internet connection. It is worth every cent we pay for Mediacom high speed internet. There, that's my two cents.”
