“Big thanks to Santajah again! She assisted me last time I visited the store and provided fast and friendly service! This time I came in panicked and embarrassed after accidentally erasing my phone (using the Find My Phone app). Santajah assisted me with obtaining a new eSim and assured me that I didn't have to feel embarrassed. She helped me in less than three minutes and I was on my way! Thanks so much and may ATT acknowledge her for her stellar customer service!”
