“Highly recommend going here if you need service! We brought a new Galaxy Watch Ultra in to swap out with an old one on the same service plan. Alyssa, the assistant tried to fix and then had to call support and spend over 1 1/2 hours with us trying to get everything working. She was very professional, personable and very patient trying to help us!
