“Love going to this local Bealls outlet. Unfortunately hate to say, they have this one rude lady. I witnessed her rudely yelling, and embarrassing one of her coworkers loudly in front of customers. Looked like the guy working there, is new.! Seems like he had a question to where and item went. She apparently had an attitude and yelled at him on front of us, and other customers.! Very disrespectful, if you ask me.!”

She stopped what she was doing to assist me and she did it with a smile. I was told to have a great day by the cashier at self check even though she was speaking with an associate. I felt welcome and I received excellent customer service. I left a happy customer.”
