“Chad definitely took great care of me! He made sure my car was safe for me and my kid. He changed my brakes, did my alignment and even changed out my wiper blades! He has such great customer service and I will definitely be bringing my car back here every time! Chad made sure everything was addressed and helped me any way he could!”
“Manny was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting my tire repaired. I brought the tire in with me and only needed it repaired. The whole process was quick and easy. When they were finished, Trevor even went the extra mile and loaded the tire into my vehicle for me. Great customer service from start to finish!
Thank you.”
“I came into the shop late on a Friday with unsafe rear brakes. Avery and the mechanic stayed late to repair my car so it would be safe to drive for the weekend. Not once did Avery make me feel bad about them needing to stay late to complete the repair. They repaired my car expertly with great attitudes. I'll be a returning customer due to the amazing customer service provided by Avery and the staff at this location.”

“Love this place! Black owned business. Professional, quality work in a timely manor. I’ve been bringing my car to these guys for 15 years. They are excellent. They are honest and never overcharge or try to talk me into unnecessary work. Thanks Tire Depot!”
“I had a great experience with D10 Tires, LLC. The service was prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, took the time to explain my options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.
They got me in and out quickly without compromising quality, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s clear they value customer service and take pride in their work.
I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend D10 Tires to anyone looking for reliable tire service.”

“I have taken my vehicle here for oil changes and brake jobs for years and have never had 1 complaint. If there have been any issues, they have been proactive and addressed them accordingly. Just this week I called them at 9am and told them I needed my oil changed and tires rotated, and they came within 10 minutes to pick up my truck from work and brought it back after lunch! Highly recommend!”
“Excellent Service
I had a nail in my tire this morning causing my tire to start going flat on my way to an appointment. I stopped by Mavis Tires & Brakes, and they were absolutely amazing! They made a stressful morning so much easier.”

“Fun place to watch the game. Multiple bars with good selection on this particular night. Huge screen but there were connection issues for the first 15 mins or so, after which picture and sound was crystal.”
“When I came here. I wasn't sure what to expect. Some places are not honest, but the Young guy was honest with me about my brakes. Job well done. I believe is name is Drake. I would definitely recommend this place.”
“Amazing service! We drove up when we had a leak in a tire and they came out and repaired it within 15 minutes. The whole team was really nice. They didn’t try to upsell us but offered a couple great options for buying tires. We are definitely going to give them our business from now on!”

“Al Wallace was a wonderful salesperson to deal with. I was looking for a very specific Volvo…exterior, interior and package. He diligently worked to find what I was looking for but ultimately I found the exact car at another Volvo dealership. He was so patient, courteous and professional looking for that ONE…next time I will check with him when I’m looking again.”
“Acura of Athens Service Department is outstanding! From start to finish, my experience was seamless and genuinely pleasant. Dee was incredibly helpful with scheduling and rescheduling my service appointment, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
Josh and Jesus deserve the highest accolades—they were so welcoming from the moment I arrived, personally escorting me to the plush waiting area with comfortable seating and beverages available. They checked on me several times during the service and took the time to thoroughly explain everything both before and after the work was done.
I can’t go without mentioning how nice it is to get my vehicle back fresh and clean after the complimentary car wash and vacuum. I truly felt cared for and respected as a customer. Highly recommend Acura of Athens Service Department!”
“Great place to purchase trailer tires. Sales guy was very helpful. They mount the tires when you purchase them and do it very quickly. I waited 5 minutes and they had 4 tires ready to go. I told the guy I wished this was how the tires stores did it.”

“My information center indicated LOW TIRE PRESSURE. Yesterday, I had the 2nd service completed on our Honda that included rotating and balancing the tires. I was not near the dealership and was on the way to 2 important medical appointments. I didn’t know if a tire was actually low or going flat soon. I pulled into ONE STOP across from our first appointment and asked for help. A very kind gentleman checked all tire pressures. They were OK. Next, he checked the settings on my screen for Tire Pressure Monitoring System and recalibrated the sensors. This solved the problem and the warning indicator turned off and I was able to proceed to our appointments. All at no cost. I am very grateful and recommend their services.”

“We were headed to Statesboro with our RV when we had a blow out. We limped over to Top Dawg and within minutes JR had us set up with our spare on and back on the road. He also checked the remaining tires pressure to make sure they were good. Amazing service! Thank you Top Dawg!”
“This is my go-to tire shop. I manage a fleet of vehicles and the team here always gets us back in the road quickly. We work on construction sites and pick up a lot of nails. They can do a quick plug and replace tires as needed. I also trust Braulio (the owner) to advise me on when I can get away with a plug and when it's time to replace. Great prices too!”
“Francisco - very professional, helpful. Shop is well organized and is immaculate. Repairs completed correctly. Cost of repair was reasonable. Will return as necessary for my F150.”
“I was told by Walmart that my Honda CRV had a huge oil leak, therefore they couldn't change the oil. I went to Rapid and they immediately took care of my Honda CRV. I felt like it had gotten the Spa treatment, it happened to be Lady's day Tuesday and they even topped the steering fluid and found that it wasn't a huge oil leak after all . It was a very small oil leak. All staff were friendly and gave fantabulous service. Thank you guys, great job!!!!”
“Quick, honest service at a fair price. I came in for an oil change at the time of my appointment. I overheard the man at the desk mention to another customer that the maintenance team was running a little behind. Even so, they finished up my car in about an hour and I was on my way. Would absolutely call them again!”

“Brought them my '23 Corvette with a slow leak in the tire. My wheel was left unmarked by their wheel machine and they only charged me $20. Had to wait over an hour, but the staff was courteous and the technician even opened and closed my car door with a microfiber towel to avoid leaving fingerprints.”

“My check engine light came on and I pulled into Tires Plus in Watkinsville off of Experiment Station to see if I could get some help figuring out what the problem was. Steve assisted me, immediately came out and diagnosed it as an oil level indicator and gave me a recommendation on what I could do to resolve it until time for my next oil change. He even complimented me on my cologne that my wife picked out. He went above and beyond, which is why I've been such a loyal customer all these years. Steve is a model employee and I recommend him along with Tires Plus to everyone I know. Thank you, Steve.”
