“Top shelf service here at Harbor Freight in Waycross, Georgia. I recently had the opportunity to visit this location to purchase a Predator 9000 generator. I was driving from the metro-Charlotte, NC area with my brother to get the generator because I had procrastinated in getting one here locally.
I was treated so kindly. My initial contact was with Susanne on Thursday, January 22nd 2026 around 10 AM or so. This gracious lady made sure to have one Predator 9000 held for me on my promise that I'd be there later that afternoon to get the item. On my word only. Susanne put the transaction in motion by holding it for me. I still have the little slip of note paper that was taped to the box!
When my brother and I arrived at Harbor Freight #00738 there in Waycross, we were given the VIP treatment by the thoughtful and helpful employees of that store. I'm sorry now that I did not get each of your names but if you are reading this, you will know who you are. Thank you to all the good people of Harbor Freight in Waycross, Georgia for your help in my getting this generator. We here in Lancaster, SC, are potentially in harm's way with a bad storm bearing down on us. Best wishes to you all!”
