“This is our local hardware store and I love to shop local. I consider the owner to be a personal friend and I like to support my friends in their industry when I can. I typically know what I need when I go in but the staff always greet me and offer assistance---and then avoid harrassing and hounding me! I wonder sometimes if they don't place bets on how quick I'll be back. I don't think I've ever made just one trip in a day. I've rarely gotten the wrong item, it was my fault if I did, but I always forget something or maybe didn't realize I needed one certain item, so back I go. So far I haven't caught them laughing or high-fiving the winner of the bet, but I'm sure its a riot when I leave after the second (or third!) trip.”

“Best keep secret around! For a small town hardware store they have almost everything that you need. Helpful, honest people and normally as cheap as the big stores. Some things we found are cheaper. This store has been around for years. I remember going in with my brother in law as a teenager and him picking up materials. Mr J P Barnard was the nicest man around and this place is still family owned which always gives local people a good feeling. If you don’t know exactly what you need just explain it to them and they’ll get it for you! God blesses companies like this one! This is what America used to be made of!??”
