Just finished helping me return fuses for the correct ones (she showed me the correct ones) then she looked in my car to see if my switch was bad for my brake light we tested it she saw that one brake light was working so that meant that that was not the problem so she checked the bulbs even though I reassured her that I had changed the bulb myself and the bulb fell out she put it in correctly and my car is now fixed and legal she went above and beyond customer service came out into the hot sun help me out I didn't even have to ask she's incredible give her a fat raise”

“Great, friendly service! I came in after a long day at work to get a replacement for a blown headlight. Danny was behind the counter and when I asked him which aisle to look in, he went out to my car, took out the old one, helped me find the correct replacement, and popped the new one back in - all in a couple of minutes! Such a treat after spending 30 minutes on YouTube fiddling with the last one I replaced myself.”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by this place.
I had to have a 2 piece OEM driveshaft rebalanced, after essentially making a hybrid out of two different driveshafts. I called probably 20 shops around the country, starting with the very most reputable, and nobody was able to do it. Many said they only work on their own company's shafts, many others didn't have the right flange to do it, some others only did low-speed balancing.
Somehow, Chattanooga Driveline Service had a high speed balancer, the correct adapters, and was happy to do it. Their price was reasonable, they communicated clearly, and it was done the next day.
I'm pleasantly surprised to say the car drives smooth as ever--no vibrations at all. Thank you!”

“Remarkable! Of course the first day of vacation headed out of town with a trailer attached when I started having issues. I showed up 10:00 on a Friday morning, full of doubt that they would even be able to look at my truck. They had me back on the road in a few hours. Honest shop, Honest staff all very helpful. In the end- I think I got lucky that I found a great place to service my diesel on accident. This will be my go to shop for all things diesel. fair prices and great service. They happen to be a Banks Power and Amsoil dealer as well- right up my ally! If your looking for a fair and honest shop this is the place!”

“First off the guy that loaned me tools to get my battery out of my car was great. When I came back to the store with the battery. Another guy helped me carry in from my car. Willie the store GM noticed I cut my finger taking it out. He asked if I had anyone to help me put it in. I told him I did not. He had me text him my address and drove to my home and put it in for me. I noticed he brought new felt and grease. He made sure it was locked in.
You see, I am a 63 year old woman who has foot drop. I fell yesterday and restrained my hamstring. I walk with an orthotic and have to use a cane. It was so was incredibly awesome that Willie volunteered his time and energy in 92 degree heat to help me. I cannot sing his praises enough! God bless you Willie!!!Thank you for your help! “Had a nasty dent on front quarter panel, which also affected trim around wheel and front passenger door. They did a great job replacing and repairing. Then also repainted the front panel and door to match. Did an excellent job. It took a week but they really did great work and for less than it would have cost at the dealer or downtown Chattanooga for sure. We will gladly use again if needed.”
