“A really busy store! Would have been much easier to navigate if the employees doing stocking moved to the side or waited for a less busy time. Asked a question at the pharmacy and the woman in the lab coat was generally unpleasant. Thankfully, our cashier and bagger were super sweet!”

“Great place. Glad they reopened. Stopped in today 6-7-24. They are up and running serving hot food. Got a BBQ Sandwich. It was delicious. Better than I've tasted at these BBQ places. And CHEAP. I'LL definitely be back. Gotta try that Pizza and Wings. They also serve Breakfast Biscuits. Other sandwiches too. Be sure and stop by and try it. Wish I had bought 2 of those BBQ sandwiches now. ?”
“Its a store that mainly services the local restaurants. I suppose you would know that if you were from the area but I am not so... It is open to the public and there are regular sized items that you can purchase.”

“Nice , clean and organized. Only downfall is the employees that work check-outs, are not friendly at all and bag your cleaners and food together in which I am not fond of at all so therefore, I bag my own groceries. Could definitely use improvement in employee and client interaction.”

“I just received the most gorgeous custom bouquet and had to give a shout out to Emily in the Floral Dept! My boyfriend gave her an idea of what he was looking for, with a budget to work within, and she knocked it out of the park. I could tell immediately she put a lot of care and attention into her work. He usually spends a fortune ordering from the big name florist delivery services but this bouquet is a thousand times better and at a fraction of the price. Happy Anniversary to me! ?”
“Every community needs one of these markets! It's convenient if you forgot a loaf of bread or you need to pick up a ready-made meal. They have a wide selection of grocery and I have LOVED every meal I have brought home! Not to mention the people, they're worth sticking your head in and saying hi to even if you don't need anything if that tells you anything. This place is just perfect!”
“Awesome Fresh Butchered Meats and Fresh Latino Produce!Authentic Guatamalan, Mexican, and Latin Groceries!!I lived in Morelia, Michoican and Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco Mexico. I love this butcher shop, grocery store, and hot ? chicken.The meats are so fresh and you can even buy it already seasoned. I love the beef ribs beef shank for making Sopa De Caldo Res.They cut up the meats just like you request and the Cebolitas are great!I LOVE getting the hot Barbacoa and Carnitas with Hot tortillas in the hot food section!”
“Every time I go to this store, I have a weird interaction with random customers. Example, a few weeks ago I went to the store and there was a customer in a mask, clearly was still on high covid alert. If she could have climbed on top of the freezers to avoid me she would have lol I was walking normally down the isle and she basically hugged the doors on the freezer section to get as far away from me as possible. It was honestly one of the weirdest grocery store moments that I believe I have ever had. If it was a one time thing, I wouldn't think much of it, but I promise you, every time I visit this store it's a new weird thing with random customers and so far they have all been older people (55-70 age range).The store is fine however I do feel like they don't have as much selection as some other stores. The employees are nice, the produce always looks good. My only real complaint with the store is low selection.”

They get in there and get customers out quickly and politely, but I can't help feeling terrible for all of them when the evening rush hits.I'm sure they're voicing their feelings to management as well, but let me be a consumer voice to throw in the ring as well. They need more people to jump in when there's so many customers!Aside from that, the store is always well stocked and clean, unlike Walmart and the like. I never have to wonder if the shelf will be bare where the item I need would normally be. They're always stocked, and everything looks neat and tidy!Get those cashiers some more help, tho. For real, they deserve it. All of them bust their butts!”

I am so glad the owners of Bruce's Foodland who tried everything in the town council to stop us from having another store were unsuccessful.They said us local people couldn't afford things this store offers. I heard this speech myself online. Shucks they have more bargains and much better and fresher food than Bruce's. Bye Bye Foodland. I love Food CITY.”

“08/23: stopped in for some cleaning supplies. Continues to best the best stocked and cleanest of any Dollar store I have been in. Never saw an employee!! Only self checkout registers were open. I would have preferred to have at least seen an employee.2018: Quick in and out to get a few things. Store was clean and well stocked as always. Clerk very polite. Enjoy shopping here.”
