“Great place to get your groceries at a good price. But there Delhi was phenomenal. Big portions I was totally impressed. I bet my plate weigh 5 pounds. Maybe more tasty. Perfect spot on is the best macaroni pinto beans, mashed potatoes and Mexican cornbread turnip greens all for six dollars. I’m definitely going back to do this again. you cannot beat the price anywhere you can’t buy the food and fix it at home for six dollars loved it. I give it 10 thumbs up.??????????”

And I use my EBT and so I can afford to get healthy organic produced for dollar on dollar discount (I hope the horrible bill they just passed in Congress doesn’t end that)”

My boyfriend gave her an idea of what he was looking for, with a budget to work within, and she knocked it out of the park. I could tell immediately she put a lot of care and attention into her work. “Great place. Glad they reopened. Stopped in today 6-7-24. They are up and running serving hot food. Got a BBQ Sandwich. It was delicious. Better than I've tasted at these BBQ places. And CHEAP. I'LL definitely be back. Gotta try that Pizza and Wings. They also serve Breakfast Biscuits. Other sandwiches too. Be sure and stop by and try it. Wish I had bought 2 of those BBQ sandwiches now. ?”

I love this butcher shop, grocery store, and hot ? chicken.The meats are so fresh and you can even buy it already seasoned. I love the beef ribs beef shank for making Sopa De Caldo Res.They cut up the meats just like you request and the Cebolitas are great!I LOVE getting the hot Barbacoa and Carnitas with Hot tortillas in the hot food section!”

“One of the best stores to come to our area ever. I am so glad the owners of Bruce's Foodland who tried everything in the town council to stop us from having another store were unsuccessful.They said us local people couldn't afford things this store offers. I heard this speech myself online. Shucks they have more bargains and much better and fresher food than Bruce's. Bye Bye Foodland. I love Food CITY.”
“This Food City is one of the older ones; as far as the deli portion of it, it could use an upgrade. The employees are friendly, but the store doesn't seem to have as much of a selection as the newer, more updated Food City's do.”

“It is so impressing how when you go to the store you find so many different foods. I cook for my kids and they loved it. The price for the meat is exceptional and the staff was friendly. I just wish that there was more english speaking employees but it's fine because it is a latino store after all.”

“Smaller than their store on Gunbarrel. The Gunbarrel store stocks some items that this store does not. So if you have a choice, go to the Gunbarrel store. For example, we wanted to buy a pre-made ready-to-cook pizza like they offer at Gunbarrel. This store only sells full cooked pizzas. So we ended up having to buy frozen pizzas. Less than ideal.”
“My experience at Food City's gas station is excellent. I am an amputee which means I have only one leg. So, getting gas is difficult for me! The manager of the gas station, Barbie, saw me one day and took over pumping my gas. She pumps my gas every time I go there and has instructed her employees to always take care of me and they do!!! I pull up to their pumps and I don't even have to get out of my car! Barbie and George always take care of me!! They give awesome service! Thanks, guys!”

“08/23: stopped in for some cleaning supplies. Continues to best the best stocked and cleanest of any Dollar store I have been in. Never saw an employee!! Only self checkout registers were open. I would have preferred to have at least seen an employee.2018: Quick in and out to get a few things. Store was clean and well stocked as always. Clerk very polite. Enjoy shopping here.”
