“Today my aunt and I brought a 2 year old and 4 year old in to pick a “just because” gift (something I’ve never done but my aunt insisted on). While at the store we asked for a price check on a few items, while the employee was stocking shelves. She immediately helped us then returned to her work. After my kiddos had chosen a toy, we’re headed to the checkout down the party goods aisle. My 4 year old picked up a small snow globe which I immediately told him to put back down… before he had the chance to put it down, he dropped it accidentally and it shattered on the floor. I found the employee that had helped us earlier, I believe her name tag said Harmony, and asked her how I could clean it up and pay for the item. She came to our aisle and cleaned up the area and insisted that it was an honest mistake and we did not need to pay for the 3.50 broken globe. I was mortified that I had let this happen and wanted to crumble into a million pieces- apparently my four year old felt the same because at the register he asked me if the police were on the way to get him. As a mother who’s as frazzled in this situation, with a very sensitive child that genuinely did not mean harm to any store items, I could not have been more appreciative of Harmony. I would certainly come back to this store to shop for its amazing customer service (although they would probably prefer we shop elsewhere ha).”

“I have used the Ingles bakery for my girls birthday parties, for years, and seriously every year they truly impress me but this year I knew I was asking a lot, i asked her to match the colors from a napkin, and to draw a hippie van, and I was even expecting some push back but she just smiled, and was SO kind, and nice, and when I tell y’all, they went ABOVE, AND BEYOND my wildest dreams!! I was told it was done by the manager, and I just had to thank her on this review bc she did so amazing! This cake was perfect! Thank you so much! Y’all always do the best cakes for their parties but this one is my favorite! Everyone went on, and on about this beautiful cake! Thank you so much again for all your hard work!”
