“The store in Winder is always very clean & well organized. I went there primarily for meat specials; in particular NY Strip steaks @ 7.99 a lb. Thick & nicely marbled. Ended up stocking up on some other steaks, roast & pork ribs. Terrific prices. And should you need to, you can speak to one of their butchers. My understanding is, they provide meat for most of the restaurants in the Winder area.Had company that night & we grilled the steaks for dinner. Everyone agreed they were excellent. Produce area is well stocked, organized & clean. Staff is friendly & helpful. No "self checkout registers," which I love. "Old fashioned" service.”

“Ingles always had great prices, the best meat and produce, and so many items or brands that you just won't find in other store. Friendly staff always willing to help and the cashiers work hard at keeping the lines moving so theirs hardly a wait. Perfect on saving money in fuel with the points you earn!!!”

“I've been comming to the Midland superette since I was a little girl. My mom used to take me there to get a strawberry ice cream cone every afternoon. I still love to stop by this store it just gives me the feeling of being home and they're very hospitable and cheerful. Love the vibes.”

“Unfortunately I've only been here once, but this is a hidden gem in Winder, Georgia (If you love Asian inspired cuisine). I wanted to try my hand at making Pho (A dish that I hijacked from the Vietnamese and officially made it American... like we did with hotdogs(Frankfurters from Frankfurt, Germany) and Hamburgers (From Hamburg, Germany), and they had all the ingredients I needed - and the Pho was great!”

“Food quality is great! Happy Farms dairy products are superior to other brands. Cream cheese to Shredded cheese is top quality and priced competitively with well-known leading brands. Lower prices on meat and fresh produce definitely help stretch a tight budget. I still do a pick-up order from Wal-Mart for a few bulk items but I cut my food cost by $200 per month.”

“Love this store in winder. It's clean and has the best selection of any store in the area. Meats are very good and great prices. The rest of the store in terms of prices is just ok but the selection and cleanliness it's a 5! And you can get your Starbucks there too.”

“The store at the intersection of Hwy 311 and Hwy 82 is the best! The staff is friendly and Cory, the Manager, is the nicest manager I've ever met. He works harder than anyone I've ever seen at that store. Always clean and we'll stocked too.”

“I moved here almost 3 years ago and I'm technically in the boonies, but Dollar General has milk, bread, butter, snacks, sandwich, meat, then everything else you need, including toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies. There really a lifesaver for me keeping me from having to go into Winder or Braselton when I run out of one thing or just want some snacks.Staff here Works there, but off, keeping inventory is daunting they always have new stuff coming in, check out, is easy with self check out. I often come in and I'm out in less than two minutes. Again, the staff is always there to help and they have energy drinks and coffee right there by the front door in the fridge on the right along with ice cream and other snacks people wanna run into and get out quick. Right behind the BP always crowded... OK 4 to 5 cars... But they've always been there for me. Highly recommend.!!!”

“Never have an issue here. The only problem is the lack of cashiers. But everything's going to self check out, so there's not much you can do. I park in the auto depth section and go thru the back. Less people, and you can usually get a cashier back there.”
