They visited today with an issue they thought was major, but it turned out to be just a plastic piece stuck in the pedals. Despite it being a minor fix, the mechanics could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged them anyway. However, they chose not to, showcasing their integrity and commitment to transparency.

“Called last minute to see if they had time for an alignment on my Mercedes s55 AMG. Nick answered(super friendly by the way) and said to bring the car by. They found some damage and issues that needed resolving and were happy to bring me back and show me, even though they didn't personally work on Mercedes. They asked if I wanted them to still do the alignment still or not. I opted to go ahead and have them do their best, so I don't tear up my tires in the meantime. Alignment is much better, and I plan on getting the repairs done and making them my permanent alignment techs in the future. 10/10!”

I recently lost my dad and one of the unforeseen struggles of grief I lost my go to car person. “Dad what’s this weird noise?” “Do I actually need this repair or am I getting scammed?”
At True I found people who I could trust and I felt were genuinely looking out for me and the longevity of my vehicle. I told Chance I was taking a road trip and he ensured the team looked over my vehicle to make sure I would be safe on the drive. Chance worked with me on prioritizing any repairs and understood budget constraints - I never felt pressured to buy anything and I felt fully informed of the ins and outs of what my car needed and WHY.
Also, they offer a lot of promotions and you can schedule via text! I love the texting option because I hate talking on the phone.
Overall, very sad to be moving away and losing my car guys! Again, highly recommend”

“Todd and the team have my undying gratitude and loyalty! Due to an oil change by a local quickie company my engine blew! I do mean blew! Of course their corporate office denied my claim and I was forced to pay for the new engine. This car was one of the last gifts my husband gave me prior to his death. It means the world to me! My family has used Todd and the crew before. I had my car towed to these wonderful people and they managed to replace the engine and a few other items destroyed by that local quickie oil change company. I just picked up my car and it is good as new! A couple of notes:
A) If you have an auto that you love go to an expert for an oil change!
B) If you have a German auto, please do yourself a favor and go to Bavarian Repair!

“I had a o2 sensor that was stuck in my g37 coupe. We called Lee’s and they told us to come right in. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and they went above and beyond. They ended up having to do a lot more work then they had thought would have to be done. To get the stuck 02 sensor out . But had my car fixed and ready super fast. The price was good also. We will be using them again for sure. Great mechanic and sooooooooo friendly. Thank you”
“Amazing! After receiving rip off vague quote from VW dealer we sought a 2nd opinion. These guys put it up on the rack and told us it had a tiny amount of oil leaking, but it was absolutely nothing to worry about. He said at 100k miles it would need a new timing belt but he could take care of that for half the price of the quote. Would not let me pay them for the diagnostic. Truly impressed with them and will be back. Highly recommend.”
“This place is straight FIRE!!! I recently visited this tire and alignment shop and I have to say, they really put the pedal to the metal when it came to getting my alignment sorted out. The staff was on fire with their knowledge and expertise, and I could practically see the smoke coming out of their ears as they worked their magic on my car.
The service was so fast, it was like they had a need for speed! And when they finished, my car was running smoother than ever. I felt like I was driving on clouds instead of burning rubber.
I have to give a huge shoutout to the team at this shop - they are absolute tire-slayers when it comes to alignments. I'm so grateful for their precision and attention to detail.
