“One of my headlights went out while I was on my way home from work. I knew this location was on my route home, so decided to take a quick stop to get my bulbs replaced. I’ll admit, I’m not a car guy. Or a machine guy at all for that matter. Animals and nature make sense to me, not mechanics, so I always get a bit nervous when dealing with car troubles.
When I showed up I noticed there were 4 people ahead of me in line. I popped my hood and tried to snag the bulb myself, but had a hard time finding it. Defeated, I finally joined the line. I was trying to look up what kind of bulb I would need, when I noticed that this location was supposed to close in 20 minutes. I got really nervous because I don’t like to be the guy giving employees too much extra work when they’re just trying to go home. But I needed this bulb fixed and figured it shouldn’t take too long.
When Erica (assistant manager) called me forward to the register, I explained my situation to the best of my ability. She started asking me questions like what kind of engine I have and which bulbs were out and all sorts of stuff I just didn’t know the answer to. Eventually she just came out to my car to take a look at what we were working with. She took the time to show me how to get the bulbs out of my headlights (which I’ll admit was probably a bit of a pain in the butt considering I drive a fiat and those things are super compact) told me about how you’re not supposed to touch the sides with bare hands cause the oils can break them, and was overall super patient with me.
She helped me pick out some bulbs (I was looking for something a bit brighter and longer lasting than my last set so I went with some lower-end LEDs) and helped make sure they fit back in my car and everything. Overall it was a super positive and informative experience, and Erica was very kind and patient.
Erica, I can promise you that I will likely forget everything you taught me today by the time I need to get my bulbs changed again. I just hope that the next time I need help with them I have an experience like this with whoever has to help me that day. Thank you.”
“Called to ask about a canister purge valve for 2014 Ford Edge v6. They had it on hand for $39 with lifetime warranty. I told them I was coming to get it. Arrived and they had it sitting on the counter next to the register. Super quick check out. Great customer service.”

The guy behind the counter really made my experience, he was a tall guy wavy hair, I don't remember his name, but he was really knowledgeable and sold me excellent battery that comes with a 10 year warranty! I enjoy buying quality products and it is even better if I get a product I didn't anticipate something with such good quality. I couldn't wait to get it, and it arrived today and even the packaging impressed me. It just makes me happy that I found my goto place for all things batteries!”

“I was having a real real bad day... and then I remembered I had a headlight out. (While driving) so, naturally, the stress of the day exploded and I had a bit of a come apart...
BUT THEN....
I stopped at O'Reilly's.. and was able to exchange the wrong headlight I bought a couple days ago for the right one AND Ashur helped me put it in and he couldn't have been sweeter and his fantastic customer service really turned my mood right around.
Who would have thought having a headlight out would have been a blessing.
