“I had a mixed review. But to the location's credit, the staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. My rental was through insurance, but unfortunately Hertz was unable to provide the class of vehicle I was supposed to receive.
To their credit, they tried to assist, and I ended up calling the insurance company to resolve the issue. I was able to transfer my reservation to Enterprise, where I received assistance with securing the correct vehicle without further trouble.
Overall, while the customer service at Hertz was good, the lack of availability of vehicles was frustrating as well as their ability to speak with the insurance co to explain the requirements. I would be willing to return and give this location another opportunity.”
