Isaac at the canton location is the only reason this isn’t a 0 star review. I had booked a rental at another Avis location and prepaid. I got a call a day before I was supposed to pick up the car and was told they didn’t have any and that I would have to call customer service to cancel. Kind of crazy you can’t move the reservation, instead you have to charge your card again and wait for the refund from the first rental, which takes 5-7 business days.

Customer service booked me a new rental with another company under the Avis umbrella and for the same exact rental package it was going to be $100 more. Same car, same amount of time, same coverage. Insane. She acted like she was giving me a deal and told me a “discounted price.” However, when I went to pickup I found out all she did was take the coverage plan off. I was going cross country so I needed to add it back in which brought me back to the overpriced rental.

Isaac handled everything with patience and empathy and was able to get everything taken care of for me by giving me the price of my original rental. Isaac is a real one and he is the only reason I didn’t do a chargeback or escalate matters.”

“I have rented vehicles from these guys always very happy. Easier to work with than the corporate Enterprise types. I also purchase a used car. Happy with the car they've helped me with Oddball maintenance that's not their responsibility. But I appreciate it. I recommend them highly. Don't expect a high maintenance guy in a suit but pretty people not what you need to sell cars. These guys can handle it. That didn't come out right these country guys are good people.”
