“This J Crew is consistently pleasant to shop in! We’re huge J Crew fans usually shopping online. I have ten+ year old clothes from J Crew along with some added items each year. We have 5 kids who all wear J Crew. Please don’t look up my life time spending. 🤣 We recently moved nearby this brick and mortar location and have shopped three times and all three have been so delightful. A couple of my kids can really be stuck in the middle on sizing so we try on two sizes and they’re so kind to say leave the ones you don’t want - and they seem so genuine! They’re helpful at the register & overall so kind. Great experience!”

“The store is well kept and there are enough employees if you have any questions or need assistance with something. Unfortunately, they don't match online prices and you can find better deals if you go to the website. I bought a bracelet online for $18 and at the store was $24 a considerable difference. I normally buy online and come here if I need to make a return. The staff is friendly. There is an clearance section as well, some of those prices are the same as online or even cheaper and you have the fitting rooms there so you can make your decision knowing that you won't have to come back to return it. The location is also great is right by the parking lot so you don't have to walk that much if you're coming to make a return or if you're trying to find this store in particular.”

“The service is incredible! Every location I go to it is only girls girls who have no issues with helping. The clothing is a bit overpriced, but it is all so adorable, and it is the consumer's choice on how they want to spend their money. Almost all of my favorite clothing comes from here.”
“Hold the fort! I have to clear up something. Zumiez lost package policy sucks...but their customer service people don't! One of my packages was not ever delivered. FedEx, the liars, said that it was. Zumiez reimbursed me for the shipment.”
“I love the Under Armour brand. Their items are more expensive than their quality requires. I shopped for shoes this visit. Their shoe selection is quite large. Their stock in popular sizes was not great. Their shoes did not meet my personal comfort levels. I did not make a purchase this visit.”

He checked in with me as I was walking through the store and then when I asked for his opinion he immediately gave me his attention and focus to provide thoughtful assistance. Give the dude a raise - promote him to Corporate Trainer - because this was some of the best customer service I've had in such a long time. I'll specifically come back to this location if I need anything from Spencer's just because of him.”

“Being a short fat guy, it’s hard to find jeans that fit right. I easily went in about 7+ different stores to try and find jeans that fit and I was constantly failing. Finally I walked in the Lucky Brand where I was given superb customer service by employees who actually seem to enjoy what they do and enjoy helping customers like myself! I left with 3 pairs or jeans and a couple shirts. Next stop, the gym so I can fit into smaller jeans!”
