“If you are anything like me you love that flowy bohemian look. You just aren't sure how to put it together. The women in this shop know their stuff. They picked out six items for me that I can mix and match and it makes several different outfits. And then helped me with accessories as well.

He was so informative about Jockey’s mission, any promotions going on, the Jockey Being Family mission, and he even gave us a coupon! We had a great time and bought some tanks and cute pajamas! “I love me some Lacoste let me tell ya. First time at this store last night. Best customer service ever. I found a sweatshirt I have been wanting, but can’t find my size anywhere. The young lady helping me said she would check to see if another store had. She found one store and said well I am going to give it a try, but the only store that has it is Atlantic City NJ. That’s where I live. She from NJ too. We both laughing because no one picked up. Typical . She on a mission though and called on her cell. She had my wife and laughing and helped her find a few things. I travel a lot so I’ll be back to this location. I ended up getting something for me too. But best customer service ever. I thank the young lady helping me and my wife. She’s a trip and was very helpful. After we left my wife said next time we are in Georgia I want to go back to that store to get some stuff and see our new friend. Great selection too. Well kept store. Sorry I asked for your name , but can’t remember it. But I’ll remember you.”

“I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received during my visit. When an employee asked if she could help me find anything in particular and I told her my goals, she quickly made an excellent recommendation. The store didn't have my size in my preferred color, so she offered to order it for me and have it sent to my home.
I went in just looking for a pair of jeans and came out with two pair, a jean jacket, a pair of overalls, and an order for a jacket that is expected to arrive at my house just a few days after my visit. That is not my usual shopping experience at all. The prices were far better than I expected as well. I'm very happy with the experience and will definitely return.”
“The store is well kept and there are enough employees if you have any questions or need assistance with something. Unfortunately, they don't match online prices and you can find better deals if you go to the website. I bought a bracelet online for $18 and at the store was $24 a considerable difference. I normally buy online and come here if I need to make a return. The staff is friendly. There is an clearance section as well, some of those prices are the same as online or even cheaper and you have the fitting rooms there so you can make your decision knowing that you won't have to come back to return it. The location is also great is right by the parking lot so you don't have to walk that much if you're coming to make a return or if you're trying to find this store in particular.”

“Being a short fat guy, it’s hard to find jeans that fit right. I easily went in about 7+ different stores to try and find jeans that fit and I was constantly failing. Finally I walked in the Lucky Brand where I was given superb customer service by employees who actually seem to enjoy what they do and enjoy helping customers like myself! I left with 3 pairs or jeans and a couple shirts. Next stop, the gym so I can fit into smaller jeans!”
