Of all days to maybe not have great customer service, I'd expect it today on black Friday, but we got the exact opposite. I wish I would have gotten her name and feel so bad we didn't, though you ALL were SO patient and unbelievably kind. I don't know if I'm able to say what y'all did as I'd hate for you to be bombarded by people like my daughter, but what was supposed to be a joking question y'all actually did. She has struggled for years with this and today y'all gave her hope, joy, and a lifetime of loyalty to your store. I just want to say the most sincere thank from the bottom of my heart. I know y'all are probably exhausted today, but it didn't show! Y'all are absolute angels and will gladly make that hour drive anytime she needs shoes from now on. THANK YOU!!!”
“This place has the best historical military equipment even though the prices are a little high and the employees are the nicest people you will ever meet in your life i have to drive for 1 and a half hours to get there both ways and it is so worth it”

“This J Crew is consistently pleasant to shop in! We’re huge J Crew fans usually shopping online. I have ten+ year old clothes from J Crew along with some added items each year. We have 5 kids who all wear J Crew. Please don’t look up my life time spending. 🤣 We recently moved nearby this brick and mortar location and have shopped three times and all three have been so delightful. A couple of my kids can really be stuck in the middle on sizing so we try on two sizes and they’re so kind to say leave the ones you don’t want - and they seem so genuine! They’re helpful at the register & overall so kind. Great experience!”
“The store is well kept and there are enough employees if you have any questions or need assistance with something. Unfortunately, they don't match online prices and you can find better deals if you go to the website. I bought a bracelet online for $18 and at the store was $24 a considerable difference. I normally buy online and come here if I need to make a return. The staff is friendly. There is an clearance section as well, some of those prices are the same as online or even cheaper and you have the fitting rooms there so you can make your decision knowing that you won't have to come back to return it. The location is also great is right by the parking lot so you don't have to walk that much if you're coming to make a return or if you're trying to find this store in particular.”

“Being a short fat guy, it’s hard to find jeans that fit right. I easily went in about 7+ different stores to try and find jeans that fit and I was constantly failing. Finally I walked in the Lucky Brand where I was given superb customer service by employees who actually seem to enjoy what they do and enjoy helping customers like myself! I left with 3 pairs or jeans and a couple shirts. Next stop, the gym so I can fit into smaller jeans!”
