“My bald eagle woke me up at the crack of noon and I realized I had nothing formal to wear to my buddy Jimbo’s wedding. My entire closet is American flag shirts with the sleeves already ripped off, which is great for the Fourth of July and less great for a church. So I hopped in my Hemi-orange 1969 Dodge Charger, smashed the skinny pedal on the right, and let ’er eat. I live twenty minutes from The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta. I got there in ten.

That’s where I met a fellow patriot named Jesse. First time in the store. No fluff. He was professional, actually helpful, and didn’t treat me like a tourist with a credit card. We traded stories from our time in service and I walked out feeling like I’d talked to someone who gets it.

Refreshing to see a company that claims to support veterans actually follow through instead of just slapping an eagle on a tag.

I may have spent too much money. Jesse is a silver-tongued fox. Now I just need to resist the urge to rip the sleeves off these new shirts before Jimbo says “I do.””

“This J Crew is consistently pleasant to shop in! We’re huge J Crew fans usually shopping online. I have ten+ year old clothes from J Crew along with some added items each year. We have 5 kids who all wear J Crew. Please don’t look up my life time spending. 🤣 We recently moved nearby this brick and mortar location and have shopped three times and all three have been so delightful. A couple of my kids can really be stuck in the middle on sizing so we try on two sizes and they’re so kind to say leave the ones you don’t want - and they seem so genuine! They’re helpful at the register & overall so kind. Great experience!”

“HUGE selection of genuine military surplus. Tons of pouches to dog through, hundreds of field jackets of every camo, branch, patch, etc. Great prices as well! Once of the best surplus stores I have been to!”

Of all days to maybe not have great customer service, I'd expect it today on black Friday, but we got the exact opposite. I wish I would have gotten her name and feel so bad we didn't, though you ALL were SO patient and unbelievably kind. I don't know if I'm able to say what y'all did as I'd hate for you to be bombarded by people like my daughter, but what was supposed to be a joking question y'all actually did. She has struggled for years with this and today y'all gave her hope, joy, and a lifetime of loyalty to your store. I just want to say the most sincere thank from the bottom of my heart. “The service is incredible! Every location I go to it is only girls girls who have no issues with helping. The clothing is a bit overpriced, but it is all so adorable, and it is the consumer's choice on how they want to spend their money. Almost all of my favorite clothing comes from here.”

“The store is well kept and there are enough employees if you have any questions or need assistance with something. Unfortunately, they don't match online prices and you can find better deals if you go to the website. I bought a bracelet online for $18 and at the store was $24 a considerable difference. I normally buy online and come here if I need to make a return. The staff is friendly. There is an clearance section as well, some of those prices are the same as online or even cheaper and you have the fitting rooms there so you can make your decision knowing that you won't have to come back to return it. The location is also great is right by the parking lot so you don't have to walk that much if you're coming to make a return or if you're trying to find this store in particular.”

They didn't rush us they were personable, professional and patient. What you'd expect from a Brooks Brothers store is exactly what they delivered.”

The young man and young lady that were there this morning @11:30 7/19/2026 were extremely friendly and soooo helpful. The young lady even went on a search of her own to help find my daughter's size so that she could try them on. I would 100% go back to this location. The prices are a little high, but my daughter found 2 pairs of jeans that she felt comfortable in.”

“We live about 10mins from this mall and it's always nice and clean every time we come here. To pass the time we would walk around because it is outdoors but also shaded in most of the areas. They have a good selection of stores to browse. My husband goes to Van Heusen for his work attires and I shop wherever there is a deal. Their food court only has 4 choices, but there is a restaurant there that I have yet to try but have heard great things about. We like Charleys for their philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I also like the fact that they 0ut charging stations at the tables for people to conveniently charge their devices. Bring your own USB cable!!”
