“Banking has been a nightmare since the pandemic, but Kyle Gilbert-Hansen, the small business banker from this branch has been terrific. He set me up with a check scanning machine for my deposits and followed through until it was set up. Then today I happened to be at a car dealership and it occurred to me to reach out to him to prevent the dealer to run my credit a plethora of times as they often do. Kyle went above and beyond and got me all set up and approved in less than 1 hour. He even followed up with the underwriting team to expedite the process since he knew I was on site. I got a great rate too.Before meeting him I had considered moving to perhaps a smaller bank where I wouldn't be just a number, but now I feel like a valued customer.Kyle deserves major kudos for his commitment to his customers and overall remarkable service.
