“Aloha everyone, I have visited all the Down to Earth locations on the island of Oahu, but this one truly stands out and above them all. The customer service here is something special with such incredibly genuine warmth, authenticity, and care that most places can only dream of. Everyone working here brings heart, soul, and aloha, making each visit feel like a reunion with ohana. Their conversations are real and personal, and they notice your likes and dislikes in a way that makes you feel truly seen. I look forward each week to stopping by, saying hello, and sharing a brief uplifting moment that reminds me there is so much beauty and love in the world. It’s incredible how complete strangers can make you feel like royalty, going far beyond with genuine heartfelt care. They are all stars, but especially Shane. His vibrant energy profoundly impacts everyone around him. His laughter is timeless and contagious. Shane is a rare gem, radiating positivity, hard work, intuition, kindness, and generosity that feels so rare these days. I feel like we’re more than friends at this location, we’re family. This location deserves an outstanding, 15 out of 10 (yes you read that right) glowing rating for consistently delivering care and spirit that far surpasses every other Down to Earth. I am going to add that I believe they all deserve raises as well! I plan to continue to shop there for years to come and I am beyond blessed to be a part of the Pearlridge Down To Earth Ohana.”

“This is strictly for the sushi/okazuya section only! I rarely go to this Times location but, we needed to kill time while waiting for our food upstairs at Aiea Bowl. We were pleasantly surprised that they expanded and ate more like the Times in Mililani! There's a bakery upon entering which smelled sooo good! I'll have to try that place out next! To the far right once you enter is where the sushi and bentos are located! There were 2 workers making fresh sushi. The one thing that stuck out to us was the "From Japan" stickers! My hubby loved the fresh hamachi sushi! It's 5 pieces for $9.99! Much more reasonable than sushi places. I love Inari sushi and I especially love Tuna Inari sushi! I'm so happy I can now get my fix here! There was a 5 piece set and a 10 piece one! They also had a mixed inari set we tried. The combo of the aburage (tofu skin) adds so much extra flavor! They also had full spicy ahi inari and ahi poke inari if you love the fish & inari combo! I also saw hot entrees which were salmon bento, tonkatsu bento and katsu curry bentos. So there's definitely something for everyone if raw fish isn't your thing! Overall, we have come back 2 Saturdays in a row so we recommend checking it out!”

“Palama Supermarket is one of my go-to spots in Hawaii when I'm looking for authentic Korean ingredients and dishes. One of my favorites has to be their bulgogi sushi—it’s a perfect fusion of tender, marinated beef and the simplicity of sushi. When I'm just grabbing a quick bite, Palama Supermarket always gives me a real taste of Korea.”

“Really cute mom & pop conveince store that sells assorted musubi's, bento's, hot and cold sandwiches made to order plate lunch and even poke bowls! We only tried the Spam musubi's so far but will be back to sample the rest of the menu. Support local.”
