“Overall good customer service and facility while old is still safe and protected from the elements and provides piece of mind. The only reason why no 5 star is the next time when a rent increase is going to take place, a heads up was given to let me know that it was coming but thinking it was going to be like a $25 to $50 increase i was kind of taken aback when i saw my charge card statement that it was almost a $100 increase, so from three hundred and some odd dollars it is now over four hundred dollars.”

“This place is great to store you're items. I was between apartments and needed somewhere to hold my stuff during the move. They were so accommodating and helpful Melissa was always on top of taking care of business. I even forgot.to lock my unit a couple times and they called to make sure I knew to come back and lock it. Highly recommend!

“We had to store a kayak same day and first tried renting a unit online at a chain storage unit company where there was no one on site and their elevator couldn't fit our kayak so we couldn't use the unit we rented. The second unit we tried in the same building was around a corner that was too tight to fit our kayak around. I suspect we're going to have a major headache canceling or getting refunds for those units.
We found A–American Self Storage online and talked to Nickky by phone. She had us in a convenient ground level unit in less than an hour, at a lower rate than the other units we had tried to rent. Super appreciated the help of a human who was willing and able to help us out on short notice and offered us water to boot. Not sure how often we'll need storage units in the area in the future but when we do this will be the first place we go.”

“Jenna was so amazing that works in the office. She took the time to really review everything with us and honestly, felt like getting cared for like family. Thank you Jenna!!! The location is very convenient next to Target, has a small parking lot, property is very well maintained, and moving supplies available for sale in the office area if you need boxes or anything. I shopped a few different storage companies before choose Extra Space Storage. They definitely win for me because of customer service (their employees 100%), price, units, and quality overall. I have been very happy with my experience.”

“Went to Public Storage in Mililani to clean out locker. First impression general area was clean and restroom was available. Lights outside of unit on 2nd floor, bulbs missing. Hard to see in locker during clean out. No attendant on duty.”
“I have use Ohana 3 times it's my go too for storage needs. I filled 2 units and left the country last year in a remote area with no internet available. A few months later there was a fire there that damaged some of the front first floor units and the elevator. The damages were extensive enough that a Restoration Co. was required. Mass emails were sent to tenants to remove their items for the cleaning restoration. Since I could not be reached and my units were in the rear. Genny the manager along with restoration workers emptied my units bagged everything and transfered everything to recently cleaned units . Genny went above and beyond to ensure the safety of all my personal belongings. Now that I have returned I am eternally grateful to Genny, she get 2 thumbs up from me because she rocks!”
