“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. “I’ve been coming to Mikes AC for the past 8 years. Mike has fixed multiple cars of mines over the years. Sadly Mike passed away in 2024. He was a terrific honest guy. However he left his business in excellent hands! James is their top guy and he has fixed my van twice in 2025 (2 separate things). James is honest and trustworthy. “Midas’ service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. My reservation was at 1pm, but I was running late. They were very flexible and allowed me to change it to 2pm last minute. In addition to the oil maintenance service that I came for, they also rotated my tires and suggested to me that I should do get an alignment. Overall, my experience with Midas was very satisfactory and I would be happy to go back there for any car issues.”

I made an appointment to have my power window lift assembly repaired, and they told me that it would take a max of 2 hrs. to finish and quoted me a really good price.
When I dropped off my car they got on it right away, and had the assembly disassembled in less than 10 minutes ! They completed the job in less than 1 hr.
I'm EXTREMELY PLEASED with my experience and.....

I also have purchased extras like bed covers, suspension, all with install included in the quoted price. David and the team are amazing. It's like having an easy button or AI answers that you can actually trust. At this point I just tell him what I am looking for style/cost/performance-wise and he finds me good matches. I have scheduled 6 different times in the past 6 years and they have always delivered on price and quality. I normally email or call (leave voicemail) to get a quote. Highly recommend this business.”

“Trust the rating, it's well deserved. The amount of care and integrity that went in to Derek's and his daughters service are absolutely unmatched. He explained every single thing in detail about what parts he replaced called me for my preferences, detailed the hours. My truck had MULTIPLE issues after the wheel bearing gor FRIED and I knew it. It wasn't something I had the expertise or patience for and I definitely trusted the right one with the task. Replaced both wheel bearings, calipers, and rotors and didn't charge me for the labor of the rotors or calipers. You can tell he takes alot of pride in the shop and the genuine care you get from him I assure you is unmatched on the island. “Normally I expect there to be a long line and for an oil change to take much longer. I think it was slow because I went in on a busy holiday shopping weekend when most people probably aren’t getting oil changes as much. I think it took under 15 minutes for them to finish my oil change. It was like a pit crew came out during a race! They offered great customer service and a very quick turnaround time for completing my oil change. I give them an A+”
“It was a great experience working with Mr. Earl while discussing the 2025 Nissan Rogue SV model. He took excellent care of us throughout the entire process, including the paperwork, coordination with the finance department, and support from other departments as well.
Mr. Earl also gave us a full tour of the New City Nissan showroom and service center, showing us how to bring the car in for service, where to park, how to check the service status, and where to pick up the car keys. He even showed us the customer waiting lounge.

“I would like to say these guys are top notch. I have had exhaust work done by these guys by the amazing Nate, it was great. The exhaust work is by far the best in Hawaii. I had my previous custom exhaust done by Rad Motor Sport and it lasted with no issues. I have a new car now, so I wanted a new custom exhaust setup. I was again extremely pleased with my new setup. Nate did my exhaust work again, the look and sound is great. I also got a new tire and wheel package with them. I love how professional and honest they were from the beginning. I would highly recommend these guys.”
“Tire was leaking air couldn’t find any leak my self gave TopLevel cars a call and they answered immediately and told me i could bring it in the same day and they would check it out. They found the nail in my inner sidewall replaced the tire and had me driving again the same day. The service was also so great so easy to work with no bullshit just good work.”

“Because of the Fire that happened on 13DEC24, I wanted to leave a positive review for my go to place for our Vehicle Safety Inspection. We was out of town and learned about what happened on the news while in Kaua'i.
Wanted to still support Starkey's Auto, I did not take into considerations the fire also impacted this service as well.
Well, I did call and was offered 2 other locations. I was able to get it done today 18DEC24, and I cannot wait for my trucks to come back to the Starkey's Auto team as they have serviced my vehicles and are very well trusted.
