“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.”

I made an appointment to have my power window lift assembly repaired, and they told me that it would take a max of 2 hrs. to finish and quoted me a really good price.
When I dropped off my car they got on it right away, and had the assembly disassembled in less than 10 minutes ! They completed the job in less than 1 hr.

There was an opportunity for extra mile service, as I showed up about 3 mins before open, and I needed to wait.
When my car was completed, I received a nice text saying so. Upon arrival, check out was completed already as I was able to pay online and avoid the 3% processing fee.
As I waited for my car, I had the opportunity to browse the showroom and talk with a sales agent.
After getting my car, I noticed they washed it, but the windows seemed like they were done with a dirty rag. It's very streaky and not very clean looking, but I guess, what do you want for a complimentary wash after paying 120 for an oil change.”

“I was blown away by the customer service provided. Came in as a first time customer and had them check someone else's work on my Jaguar. In the first 5 minutes of speaking with Cody and the other guy at the front (sorry I forgot name), l was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle and when it came time to repair, they actually took the time to explain what was happening to me in a language I could understand. Other shops have treated me like a dollar sign, just telling me what they think my car needs. These folks explained it to me without rushing, answered questions, and just treated me with patience and kindness that I haven't received other places. Even showed me a video of the problem, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!”

“The crew at the Oil Changers in Aeia Honolulu were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I came back for a quick request about turning off a dashboard icon that was alerting me that I needed to change my oil (which I had completed the day before). One of the crew took care of it immediately with a smile and the entire task was taken care of in less than a minute and zero out-of-pocket $. I had the rim shipped straight to them, they contacted me when it arrived, made an appointment for the next day, and took care of me like I'd just spent $5000 when in reality it was less than $100. If I ever decide to get an entire set of new rims this is the only place on Oahu I'll consider.”

“After calling a few places, and actually going to one place before this (who I won't bother to mention), I thankfully found Oscar's. I needed an inspection done on my vehicle, and was only in town for the day and would leave in the afternoon. The guys at Oscar's were AWESOME! My inspection was a little bit difficult because I had to get a fail inspection and come back later to get reinspected because of DMV issues. Again, the guys at Oscar's were amazing! The inspection mechanic replaced a turn signal bulb for me. After I got done with DMV, and went back to Oscar's, they even put my new tags (license plates) on my truck and we're not going to even charge me for it! I gave them some cash and was very grateful for their generosity. Truly a wonderful place and the guys there were all friendly and attentive. They look busy in the mechanic bays—so they must be good at what they do mechanically. As far as my safety inspection? BEST experience I've had in my 42 years in Hawaii! Thank you to the guys at Oscar's... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!”
