If I had another shot in going back to work for them, I would; but honestly, being a mechanic/technician isn't all what it seems, not unless you're really passionate about cars and the automotive industry, then by all means go for it. “Made an online appt for oil change. I normally go to the Aiea location but opted for Waipahu as it's in my hood. Arrived early, checked in & was told it could take up to 2 hours. Rather than sit in the waiting area, I strolled across the street for a late lunch. Less than an hour later, they called to advise my car was ready! Samson checked me out quickly & I was on my way. Great customer service. Aiea location normally vacuums my car out whenever I have any kind of servicing done. Idk if it was because they've known me for years.”

“Big Mahalo to Jeff and his Crew. Got started on my lift at first crack upon opening up shop at 0900 and as promised had my F150 fitted up and sitting correctly at 1845. I purchased my RC 6" lift on my own, it's not a brand they carry in their shop but excellent work was done. The previous shop that did my RC 2" leveling kit was just all around sloppy. Jeff keeps a tight ship and the condition of his shop reflects their dedication to their craft. Mahalo for blessing me with checking off a lifelong bucketlist item. Go check them out. “I called around shops to fix my A/C. I was informed by another shop that I needed my evaporator replaced. I talked to Kawika and he gave me a quote. The quote was not the lowest I got but the reviews I read here on Yelp were good. First, Kawika was very professional with calling me back with his quote. Second, Kawika did not ask me to put money down in advance to purchase the part while all the other shops asked for money down even the dealer where I purchased my car. Third, when my part arrived, Damian informed me that he just needed one day to get the job done while the other shops told me they needed 2-3 days. I'm so happy with their work, my Genesis is cold again. I found a go to repair shop for my cars. Thank you Kawika and Damian.”

My usual spit couldn't accommodate me and another shop only does safety checks through appointment only. A friend recommended Glen's and I'm glad they did. They were closing up when I called, but the owner (I assumed it was him) today me to bring it in anyway. The face that they w ere able to accommodate me last minute shows how's much my business was valued. I will be going back to them again in the future for sure with other services I need done!”
“The only thing I can say is Awsome!! Willy and his staff is amazing!! I know he has some reviews that knock him for charging $60 for an estimate, all I can say is that's not his fault, blame the insurance companies. Willy is one of the cheaper ones that charges. I know body shops in that area and other areas charging over a $100.00. All I can say writing an estimate takes a while. It's the same thing if you take your car into a repair shop and the charge you for diagnostic charge, do you complain about that??? Anyway, Willy went above and beyond what he was scheduled to do to repair my car. I was at work and a dump truck damaged my passenger side with 7k of damage. The insurance company gave me a rough time getting my claim paid, and Willy didn't put no pressure at all. Once the check came in and I took the car in and Willy said drop it off anytime. When I dropped it off I asked him how long will it take and he said 2 weeks, remind you this was over the 2023 Thanksgiving holiday. 12 days later I had a awesome paint job and repair done. I did and on a lot more work, he ended up painting the whole car. As you know Toyota's fade all the top of the car. Willy did an amazing job!! Thank you guys! Because of inflation paint is very expensive, however Willy uses the best paint products out there. Don't hesitate to look at Tommy's! He made sure I was satisfied and looking good!! Thank you guys again and you won't be disappointed!!”

I had two aftermarket rims with curb rash. My wheels look completely brand new and Lynn even put air in my tires (nice gesture) I def plan on returning later to service my other two rims.”
“I called ahead to find out about the safety check process. Guy on the phone was very professional and explained that Safety Check is walk in first come first serve and $26 cash. Parked in the visitor parking in front, went to the office with my registration, insurance, and old safety check. Gave the guy the forms and the keys. Then he gave me the keys and forms back once the safety check was done. Paid the $26 and then was driving out. Took about 15min. The guy was super friendly and professional. Went during lunch hour at about 12:30 and had no line. Highly recommend this place! Tip: Be sure to look for a visitor's stall when parking. The stalls are kind of tight, so watch out.”
