“I live in Wahiawa and don't always come to this bank regularly. Normally my go to bank is Waipio because it's closer to my work place. I'm lucky that I go later in the day because it's not at crowded. One thing I enjoy about this bank is the amount of tellers working. I hate walking in to see a long line with only two people working. They always have at least three ready to go. I also enjoy how they take the time to ask about my day or get to know me. I've never had the same teller twice here because I probably only go in once a month. They make me feel like a valued customer and I'm happy to be banking with them.”

“Mililani receptionist saved the day! I had gone by the Radford branch. Tried to drop off paperwork, but the receptionist wanted me to sign in....behind 20 people waiting in the lobby (more than an hour wait). I tried to explain that I just needed to drop it off, and then she said I could go to Miliani if I didn't want to wait......so I took the 20-minute drive. The Miliani branch receptionist took it no problem, out in 1 minuteshe said, "no problem, we'll FedEx it tomorrow.”
