Very rude receptionist answering their phone. She gave conflicting information and hung up on me when I asked for clarification. Yikes! (Looking through the reviews on this site, wow! How do they stay in business?)

Dr. Mina took our dog as a last minute appt, boy was he wonderful and thorough. We appreciate your time and attention with our fur baby! Our bill was very affordable as well! Mahalo dr mina and Riley!!!

Definitely five stars for customer service! Staff members were polite and clear about info on our pet. They absolutely went the extra mile to be sure my elderly mother and I were well-informed about both the diagnosis and treatment for my mom's senior dog.
