“I desperately needed wheel alignment don't so was pricing around and checking reviews/availability . When I called EHA they were very helpful and said they had availability that day!!!!! It was meant to be! They were reasonable and very thorough and suggested (of course) some items of concern. I couldn't afford everything they recommended but I appreciate the effort. Definitely recommend them and their service!”

“I have been a long time customer of Lex Brodies on Kilauea and have received consistent, quality service over the years. I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere combined with the professional level service. My recent visit was exceptional and the level of support I received was truly outstanding.My vehicle had an unexcepted breakdown the Friday before the Christmas holiday weekend, and I was forced to tow the vehicle into the shop. The staff at Lex Brodies was very accommodating , despite having no appointment and the holiday weekend, they were able to diagnose the issue the very next day.The mechanic suggested the vehicle issue maybe under warranty with the dealer, and recommended I contact the dealer to schedule the recall repairs before proceeding with Lex Brodie. I really appreciate the high level of integrity at Lex Brodie! As the dealer was closed until after the holiday, the Staff at Lex Brodie offered to keep the car in the shop over the weekend, again exceeding my expectations and a major relief. After contacting the dealer and realizing they would not be honoring the recall due to time decay, I went ahead and authorized the repair at Lex Brodie Kilauea.After further review of the vehicle issue, the chief mechanic recommended another repair option that cost considerable less and addressed the underlying issue with the vehicle in a more intelligent way. WOW talk about amazing service that goes above and beyond, and the level of in depth evaluation. I highly recommend the this shop and the great team working there.”

“My first time with this store, they put 4 tires on my Lexus GX. The experience was first rate. I was alerted by one of their female CS folks that the tires I selected would not be available, so they recommended a less expensive tire - which I appreciated. When I arrived, I couldn't resist walking towards the garage where there was a clearly marked chain keeping customers away - but the guy working on my SUV dropped what he was doing to come over and chat for a minute - local island style, friendly and informative. Then John wrote up my order at the promised time and treated me like a king. And then I drove home to Waimea and the tires were obviously perfectly balanced. I'm a performance driver, so I am picky. This store is highly recommended. I'll be back.”

“Howzit, ery one. These Guys are good. I like the fact that they take time to take pics of vehicles, and things that need attention, to be fixed. Also explain options. Shuttle service awesome, plus coffee & Lounge helps a lot. Suggestions please would u folks add some Dough nuts or pastries. Would be beyond great”
