“Came in with my turbo GS300 Lexus with nothing but a downpipe coming off the turbo. The result I got back from bradda man was a completely custom, extra tucked for solid ground clearance, and to my request I wanted it to come past the bumper by a ways because JDM styling. I do all my work myself to my cars as I’m a mechanic by trade, but to purchase the piping to Hawaii was more money than the quote I got from Aloha Muffler, so I took the chance and trusted him with my car. Couldn’t be happier with every step of this process and the result. If you want good and honest work done to your pride and joy car, this is the guy to go to.”

“I went there to get my tire patched last year and they not only did an exceptional job but they charged me a very small fee. Great job guys. Sorry for the late review”

“Hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with and I've been driving for over 50 years and letting someone else do my repairs for over 30. Fair prices, great service. Only drawback is they are so good they are insanely busy so it can take a while to get in the shop. But its worth the wait.”

“Had a really good experience buying my 2020 Tacoma from Colt. He was super friendly, understanding, and easy to work with from the start. He also worked with me on the price and gave me a really good deal on the truck. I live in Waimea and didn’t have a ride to Hilo to meet him, and Colt went out of his way to help arrange a ride for me so I could pick up my Tacoma. That meant a lot and made the whole process way easier. Super down-to-earth guy, no pressure, and just overall great customer service. Definitely a 10/10 experience 🤙🏽”

If you ever need help finding a vehicle for you I definitely recommend stopping by at kama'aina motors and asking for delvin! He goes above and beyond for his customers! Definitely will be back for my next purchase with delvin! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Nathan really knows his stuff! I had an issue with my car that two other mechanics in town couldn't diagnose after thorough inspections. Meanwhile, Nathan takes it out on a test drive with me in the passenger seat, and within about two minutes, he tells me the problem and the solution. And he only charged me a case of soda for his time! I was able to do the repair myself, and sure enough, it fixed the problem. I'll be going back to Nathan again when I need work on my car. Great mechanic in Hilo!”

“Local stealership that rhymes with Boyoba wanted about 2k for 'damage' to the water pump due and pulley due to an improperly installed serpentine belt from a DIY install of an alternator a few months back. Brought my truck in to JP for a second opinion. After inspection, determined they just needed to reinstall the belt. Saved over 1.7K!”

“Farmer John. These guys are Awesome. Had a beat up old Yanmar starter , special configuration . Thought it might be “We’ll need to order parts”. But they had it looking new in a few hours from drop off. Tractor fired up like a happy lion, running like new! Thanks for being there.”

“Clearly, I can appreciate how many of Jimmy's Radiator Repair customers have experienced excellent service and 5.0 STARS. I'm a first-time customer, and I was recommended to contact Steven. The service was professional, safety-conscious, and on time with the delivery of my Honda Accord. In my opinion, Top-Tier service! If you need any type of auto service, I highly recommend Jimmy's Repair. Keep up the excellent work, Steven!”

“Awesome shop! I brought my van in because it started accelerating on its own and I asked if they could help me check the transmission fluid. One of the gentlemen stopped what he was doing, came over and tried to help immediately without asking for any money or anything. When I took my Dodge to the Dodge dealership after clints tried to get the tranny cap off, the service manager at Dodge told me they would not even try to help me check the transmission fluid and wanted me to book an appointment for a transmission diagnostic for hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend these guys at Clint’s, they are very honest and helpful. Beware of the dealerships. They are not in business to fix cars. They are in business to sell cars.”

“These are truly good people running this place. Great experience, I highly recommend them. Kimi and Pat were both so down to earth and real with me. After checking out a couple other dealerships, this place was a breath of fresh air. I checked Kelley blue book for this year/make/model/mileage/zip code, and confirmed, they gave me a good deal. Thanks, Aiona Cars! 😊”

“Great place to pick up parts when your v twin bike is broken, Ellsworth has lots of parts to fix or upgrade your bike. We from Hawaii don't have many places to buy parts to fix your Harley Davidson so this is the go to place.”

“I’ve been coming to Automotive Solutions for about three years for my safety checks, and every visit has been easy, friendly, and welcoming. Recently I asked for a quote for body repair work since I had a series of unfortunate events, self induced, affecting 4 body components. Kalani came out to meet me when I arrived for my safety check. He immediately began looking over my vehicle, carefully checking each wheel and brake. His thoroughness, respect, and attentiveness stood out right away. Because of that, I asked whether he or Tee handled body repair work, and they told me yes. After the safety check, Tee, the owner, gave me a fair and straightforward quote, and we scheduled the repair. Kalani later completed the work, and throughout the process communication between Tee and myself was excellent. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations—everything was done with care, attention to detail, and clear pride in workmanship. If you want to feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend Automotive Solutions. Tee, Kalani, and Makana provide excellent service with professionalism and aloha. All the best to this team.”

“My husband and I had to get my mother-in-law’s car inspected and approved for registration. We ran into a snag when my “mil’s” insurance card didn’t pop up with the appropriate information, so my husband and I (using 2 smart phones and a limited amount of tech savvy) had to do a conference call with his mom, the insurance agent and us. Needless to say it was much more time consuming and complicated than expected. Keith and his staff were great. Since my “mil” had been their client for a long time, they were very patient and helpful while the whole insurance complication was figured out, and went right to work once everything was sorted out. The whole process took a lot longer than expected, but they were really great about making it feel like it wasn’t a big deal on their end of things. Thank you, Downtown Texaco! You guys rock!”

“After experiences with other shops, I now bring all of my vehicles to Transmission Technology in Hilo. None of them can hold a candle to Corey and Brysen. They always take care of me, do top notch work, and go above and beyond to make sure things are done right. They’ve earned my trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, high-quality service.”

“Awesome shop, great employees. Chris the owner is very knowledgeable. We all take our equipment to Precision Small Engine Repair. My father-in-law takes his riding mower to the shop and he decided to buy a new smaller one that he can easily handle now that he’s getting older. We inherited the “old” mower and Chris and Ian refurbished it to brand new condition. They are trustworthy, fair, patient, great communication and fast! Precision Small Engine Repair is located at 185 Makaala Street (the old Nick’s Garage) NOT 65 Makaala Street.”

“What a GREAT experience! I recently bought a nice, used LIFTED Nissan Frontier truck. It was making lots of suspension noises. Rear shocks were blown, front lower ball joint were toast... Ryan & Gary fixed me up! My truck runs smooth as silk. I am happy camper and will take my car back for any future problems. BTW, The cost of repairs was 50% of Lex Brody and the work was completed in ONE DAY! WOW!!!”

“I take all my cars to Aiona Service because they treat me with aloha- even when my ask is above and beyond. Also, when my trucks come in dirty, straight off the ranch or jobsite. I own a big Dodge Dually, and the team always takes great care of it, from tire changes and rotations to full multipoint inspections. The Bryans, Aaron, the girls in the front, Colby, and Tony are all awesome, professional, friendly, and honest. It’s rare to find a shop that makes you feel like family, but that’s exactly what they do here. Highly recommend Aiona Service to anyone who wants quality work and good people! Aiona car that’s serviced at Aiona Car Service!”
