I ordered a bracelet online for my wife for our anniversary. We had it for about 2 weeks and unfortunately the wood insert fell out of it. I contacted customer support and they helped me out immediately. Within a week I had a replacement bracelet. They've definitely earned my future business.

I really like this beautiful case I bought in person in their store in December , but I can’t give it 5 stars because the case hard plastic piece is sharp and uncomfortable to hold near where the button control indentations are - basically on both sides.
