“A wide selection of cool items! The service was great. I would say some things seem overpriced, while others are totally reasonably priced. Nothing you can do about it, just good to know.
You can definitely find the SAME exact rings for cheaper at other shops in the Kings / Queens, so price it out before buying here. The same can’t be said of all items - some are the best deal you can find.”

“Stopped in to get my son a sterling silver Hawaiian Fish Hook Pendant back in May, and was blown away by the quality and selection they have to offer. The staff is lovely and suggested we get a braided leather necklace with an easier clasp, since my son was having trouble fastening the original one. Beautiful, clean space with competitive pricing and extremely high quality jewelry. Highly recommend!”

Ironman Pendant after finishing the race in Canada in 2013 I added my Kona pendant after finishing world championships in 2017 along with the beautiful chain. This past October, while visiting, I stopped in to ask if they could repair my chain and they offered to fully buff and repair my jewelry and return it to Utah. “Pueo Boutique has the best selection of beautiful Island jewelry! I was specifically looking for silver bangles for my daughters 16th birthday. Not only did they carry silver, they had a great selection to choose from. But what I've never seen before is the ability to customize your own bangle, how fun! You can pick from shells, jade, turquoise and every color of pearl. Typically the turn around time for custom jewelry is several days, but Amy, the jewelry artist and owner went home and made the custom bracelet that night since she knew it was a birthday gift. It turned out stunning and my daughter was thrilled. Truly above and beyond service on every level!”

“This was my favorite store on the big island. I bought jewelry, cooking utensils, a potholder, a magnet, and some postcards. Everything was great quality and the lady behind the counter was super nice and patient, taking her time to show me the different jewelry pieces I asked about and being knowledgeable.”
“I was having an issue with my Seiko watch band as the clasp would not hold. One jeweler said I need a new band. So I called Kona Jewelry Factory and they said they don’t have Seiko watch bands but would install a new one for me. I took a new band in but it was too wide but John said he could fix the old. He put it on his work bench and just bent the clasp and it worked great. No charge. Very friendly and pleasant.”
