The service is great, as a student and trying to get a loan, Ms. Daphne really was dedicated to get me my loan. Though it was declined more than once, she got it approved. Aloha Pacific has taken care of me and it's nice that I can get such well benefits.

I have had great customer service experience with this FCU, in particular with Michelle and Daphne. They have renovated the Fort Street branch which is more customer centric. Highly recommend to work with them.
