“Well, their reviews are all over the place, but I had a positive experience with Keala and Aloha Auto Depot. I bought a 2002 Lexus SC 430 from them a few years ago. Was it a perfect car? No, they never said it was, and I didn't expect it to be. But hey, I got a $60,000+ high end Japanese car that looked like a million bucks for $8,950 and had fun with it for a few years. Did I end up putting some money into it? Sure, as one would expect to with a 20 year old car. We recently decided it was time to say goodbye to our Lexus and get a new car. We took the Lexus back to Aloha, was glad to see that Keala was still there, in their new, much larger, impressive location. And they bought the car back from me with 175,000 miles on it! Bottom line is Keala and the staff at Aloha have always been professional and they took good care of us.”

“This is a small dealership with a nice selection of cars. Most importantly you will be treated fair here. Unlike the big dealerships where you are pressured, lied and upsold; you will have plenty of time to check the car you liked, ask as many questions as you’d like and get honest answers. I got a Miata from them and happy with it. Whole process, starting from a message on Facebook until the end with paperwork was nice and smooth. “MAKE THIS SHOP YOUR FIRST AND ONLY STOP! Let me start off by saying that for over a month, my Chevy Cruze was rough idling and stalling out at stops as well as when I put it in park or neutral (most notable when I turned the A/C off); the check engine light became my shadow -_- I went to one private shop as well as Cutter Chevy for a total of FIVE TIMES back to back within that timeframe and they were able to find and fix every issue under the sun EXCEPT for what was causing the main problem. You could tell they didn't want to be up front about what they felt could be the issue, so they just kept referring to the check engine codes and not allowing for us to pick each others brains to find a solution. I found Premier Automotive through Yelp, seen the customer testimonials and reached out. They took me in the very next day, allowed me to stay, communicated with me throughout THE WHOLE DIAGNOSTIC PROCESS, and allowed for full transparency as I explained the signs/symptoms and they explained what they believed the main culprit was. They pin pointed the mass airflow sensor as the source of the problem so they ordered a new one as well as a purge valve per my request (just in case it was starting to fail). They let me take the car and come back the very next day as soon as they opened, got started right away and was done before 11am; THEY DID IT ALL UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY TOO! Today I took two really long drives and I haven't seen the check engine light since! It now idles smooth as butter in all gears and with the A/C on or off. Mahalo to the whole Premier Auto family for treating my car as if it were your own; just a really honest and genuine team! You have another lifelong customer now :)”

“Serve Auto Group did an estimate in the afternoon after I called them in the morning for body work and painting on two vehicles. This was personal, and not insurance work. I also called four other businesses before reaching Serve Auto Group. One never replied to their website email. One said they are only taking insurance work. One said they could do the estimates in three weeks, and the work three to four weeks after. And the last one said they could do the estimate within a week, and the work three to four weeks after.Serve Auto Group worked on repairing a bad scrape plus other deep scratches on the fender of my car. The car was ready to pick up within 3.5 business days. They also worked on repairing a scrape on the fender of my van. The van was ready to pick up within 1.5 business days. They answered my calls and texts promptly and with courtesy. I am very happy with the results and with the service they provided. It is a relief to have both vehicles looking good again with all of the work finished within 5 business days.They get a lot done from their location on Homerule Street. Their shop is very full with a modest office, and the street itself is very busy.I found Serve Auto Group because of reading the reviews here.Mahalo Ching and Derek!”

“I bought a 2005 Honda CRV LX from them back in 2017. The car is still running like a dream.I waited to write this review so I could be as objective as possible, but I would definitely buy from them again. First, they let me go to Midas to get a full inspection prior to purchasing the car. Midas was very up front with their suggestions, and deemed it to be a good car, and they were right.Over the years I have had to replace some things: the starter, battery, AC/DC condenser, serpentine belt, suspension, headlight cover (100% my fault), but overall it has been treating me quite well and I anticipate I will be able to keep it for years to come.I made a special effort to post this because I would like to thank Sam for his integrity.”

“4 Wheel Auto sold us a later model utility body pickup. I asked Mark to help with the titling. There were some hiccups due to the NEW agent the DMV had working on it. Mark was flexible and responded fast when we hit the challenges. He was apologetic and his assistant worked hard to help us get the title, safety check, etc. Later it came out that the new employee forgot to charge us the weight tax and Mark immediately agreed to pay that as well. Overall a good experience - I would work with 4 wheel auto again if they had what I need at the right price.”

“Around October of 2019 I was in the market for a car. After searching around for quite some time, I stumbled about a 2011 Jeep Liberty. And looking at the pictures, I fell in love with the vehicle. I went out and test drive the jeep and I fell in love with the car. I've had it almost 5 months, I got the vehicle early Novemeber. And I could not have been happier with my purchase. “I had a loose panel in my right rear of my Sonata so McCully Union sent me to AutoBiz. I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me but he was great. He came out right away, looked at my panel, adjusted it, and buffed away the scuff marks. Did it in 15 minutes and I won't tell you what he charged me but it was less than lunch. For body work, I would come here again without thinking twice. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I purchased a unit in Century Center as the home base for our real estate company, At Home Hawaii. We were attracted to this building due to it's dual zoning as residential and business. We remodeled our unit and found the building easy to work with in that regard. The management and security and staff have been terrific. The building is kept clean, the front desk and security is staffed 24 hours a day. All buildings will have some issues - it's about how the issues get handled and I find Century Center to be professional and well run. We also love having a conference room available for our business use. The maintenance fees are rather high - but that is true almost everywhere now and compared to paying CAM at a strictly commercial location, it's pretty comparable.”
