I tried them for the first time back in July 2025. They might not be a big name rental car company but they treated me like a vip, the car I rented was clean, looked, felt and drove like new and it was reasonably priced. “I rented from here on 3 separate occasions over the course of a week. Every time the service was spot on, with friendly people at the check-in and pick-up/drop-off point. I was staying in the Hilton Hawaiian village but found this location to be cheaper and more availability, worth it for a 5 min walk.
Whilst they don't have an after hours drop, the carpark you pick up from has an all-hours parking attendant and for $15 cash (no card) you can park the car right next to the enterprise drop-off and return it the next morning (enterprise rentals are good for 24 hours, drop opens at 7:30am).
You could also park in the harbor near the Hilton for $1 an hour, but it always seemed full, we definitely didn't want to park at Hilton for the $65 a night!
Would use this location again if we go back.”

My husband met with Kameron to look at a Pacifica. Turned out not to be for us but a week later Kameron called my husband about a car that might work for our family. Kameron bought it at auction for us, there were a few issues that needed to be dealt with and Kameron handled it all for us. When I got my car she was absolutely perfect! I can't tell you how much me and my family love our minivan. And we owe it all to Kameron. He made the whole process so easy.
My husband and I had spent hours, weeks, months both online and in person shopping for a car to fit our needs. I see people complaining about the miles on the car, but you get what you pay for lol If you want to pay premium then definitely go to the big rental car companies. If you want an island beater this is the place!”

“Just rented a car for vacation. WAY less expensive than the big brands. Reserved a 7 passanger SUV. Got a newer Chevy Traverse that worked great. Loaded edition with leather and navigation. Didn't have to buy a nav package like the other guys. Pick up shuttle was quick n easy. Vehicle was clean, people were friendly, and they let ya leave it at the airport for an extra $27 so no Uber or taxi ride. Just drive up, drop off everyone/bags, then park it. Super easy and cheap($8 day) to add an extra driver. No BS charges for this n that. No shady dents or dings because they take pics while your standing there and had no problem with me videoing it as we walked around the vehicle. Paperwork was easy and usual items. Will use again for sure!!! Cost was less than $500 for over a week compared to $2544 thru Sixt or even more on Enterprise.”
