HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We arrived and was told that someone would be right with us, no one ever came. A woman pulled up and was serviced immediately. The owner didn’t even greet us while we were in his office. We were completely disregarded.

We come to Oahu two or three times a year and for the past 12 years we have rented from here. What a gem, far better rates than his competitors, and though you won't get a brand new vehicle, you do get one that is completely exceptable. Owner is great and has always accommodated our needs. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Easy and smooth car rental place. Owner is very kind and gives a very reasonable price. He also provides car seats and other amenities if you need for a small charge. I would recommend this place to anyone and I'm using this place when I come back next year.
