Friendly and Efficient service. Parking is a but tight. The stairs to the entrance is not convenient for older folks. Took my Mom there and it was a struggle for her.

Have to agree with other reviewers. I usually go to kapiolani branch. Mapunapuna is way too busy for the amount of employees on staff. And once at the counter, the teller was quite unhelpful, as if I was bothering her.
