I think the staff is nice, helpful to a certain point but they prefer people using the machine rather than a living human being. No one in line yet they led my husband to the machine.
I think hours are not convenient. Don't even try to make a quick phone call.

Worst customer service ever. Changing my address took me two visits and 3 hours later. The black lady is the worst. She's still employed there. Unbelievable.
