Super understaffed. Wouldn’t be seen for a simple lab in over an hour. When you do see the doctor, they rush you out as soon as possible. I think it’s literally one person doing everything in the back room.

Only one lady there poke my son 6 times but ended up give up yesterday. We went back to lab today but again same lady was there. So Scary. Do not practice with patients without someone who knows what they do. Giving 1 star is too much. Zero star!

Discovered location at the new Ward Village Urgent Care and found staff very pleasant, competent & efficient including a short wait time. I walked but EZ parking in WF or Ward Theater parking garage.
