Staff members are attentive, patient, kind, polite, and welcoming. They explain the 10% off price and the total after tax, so customers know exactly how much. They show customers items they may like and encourage browsing while checking backroom stock. Customers leave happy, comfortable, and feel that the help was special and delivered tenfold.
