“Little hole in the wall souvenir shop in an unassuming location with the best prices I found on the island. Every size, cut, and color you can imagine. Got several shirts, magnets, and a bag. Most shirts are generic for Hawaii in general, would have liked to see more Oahu/Honolulu/Waikiki branded items, but was pleased with the overall selection.”
“My concierge Jayar was the best! He was super friendly and helpful. He held our purchases until we needed to pick them up and reminded us to pick it up before we left the island.
While shopping we were offered champagne and water which was a treat!
He treated us like family and not just another sale.

What I appreciated most about Na Mea Hawaiʻi is how it emphasizes education and cultural preservation. The selection clearly focuses on items that represent authentic Hawaiian identity rather than generic souvenirs.
The environment inside the store is calm and inviting, which makes it easy to take your time browsing the shelves and discovering different books or locally inspired items.
Overall, Na Mea Hawaiʻi is a great place to visit if you are interested in Hawaiian culture, history, and locally meaningful products”

“Love this store and brand. They are always so friendly and have a great mix of everyday beachwear such as shorts and soft tees. Most recently they added a great selection of hats (spent about 20 min with my son trying on all the styles in the mirror when he couldn't decide which he wanted, and they were so helpful and patient).”
“Shaka Time nails the vibe with bright, breathable garments for women, men, kids, and wedding guests. The prints feel authentic, fabrics handle sun and surf, and sizing is family-friendly with friendly, helpful staff. Great for everyday island style or wedding ready looks. A few specialty pieces may need a bit of lead time, but the quality and aloha spirit make it worth planning ahead. Highly recommended for versatile, island inspired attire.”

“I thought I died and went to mu'umu'u heaven. Oh my goodness! What a selection of authentic mu'umu'u's and accessories in all sizes. A literal jungle of colors and styles! Not only us dancers shop there. Although it is a dancers dream come true. ❤ The staff was friendly and they do on-site alterations. All the goods are also available online. I opted out of expensive tourist attractions and left my money there! Oh yeah and you can buy matching Aloha shirts for your man to wear.”
“We dont live in Hawaii but during our visit we hit zumiez, Maddox, Marley and Rose were absolutely incredible! They were great with our son helping him find the right size in shoes jeans and shirts, we all had a blast talking about skateboards and my husband's history working for zumiez as first assistant when he worked there as a teen! They showed us new arrivals they just got in, showed us brands we've never heard of that we absolutely loved! They all really know what they were doing! Wound up going back 3xs finding something new each time! We will definitely be returning! Thank you Maddox, Rose and Marely for such an amazing experience!!”

“I came into the store for the first time like two weeks ago (I think), and had a very pleasant time. I was greeted by Isaiah whom was really welcoming, nice, informative, thoughtful, and patient with me while I was browsing. I felt like I was being respected regardless of purchasing or not (which I really like and appreciate!:)))
Fast forward to a couple of days later, I met the other team members (Boss Lee, Kalif, and Elijah) who were all so nice and helpful. After many revisits, we’re more than just team members and customer now; it feels like a big family instead (yayy!><). The aloha spirit I get from them is really heartwarming.

“I walked in and was greeted by the friendly cashier. She told me that all the shirts are designed and printed locally. She asked if I was a tourist or if I lived here. She also asked what area I lived in and told me that they have a location at Ala Moana. I looked around the store and noticed some really cool items. They have shirts with turtles and sharks on them. They also have shirts from local eateries such as Tiki's Grill & Bar and Waikiki Brewing Company.”

“Was at Outrigger Reef for vacation and shopped in the store several times. One time in particular dealt with employee I think his name was Les. One of the most outstanding employees we interacted with at any location on our trip. He was outstanding and the only reason we spent the money we did within the store. Kudos to him for understanding how to greet and sell to customers.”
“Jay and his team at BadBoy Hawai’i were such a pleasure to work with. I contacted them to print a hoodie for Pearl City High School’s Project Graduation for the class of 2026. From the beginning, Jay and his team were super responsive. They worked with us to execute our design which some other print shops stated could not be completed due to difficulty of printing over the hood. Jay acknowledged the challenge but came up with a plan to make sure our vision became reality. “Black tie affair is one of the original tuxedo and suit rentals on the island. It’s a good ol’ fashioned mom and pop shop run by two very dedicated people who know and love the business very well. I was fortunate enough to use them for tuxedoes and suites for my wedding party and myself. They hey provided superb service!”

It's a small one compared to other ones. But it have the best quality fabric in town, great selection, very clean, organized, and great prices too.
I buy one of the kit and I can't wait to get home and put it together. I will definitely go back again and again!!!”
