Hertz Car Rental - Oahu Honolulu - Ilikai Hotel

Hertz, Car Rental
Hours: Hertz Car Rental at the Ilikai Hotel in Honolulu is a very busy two-person operation in a popular tourist location. The team is described as friendly, fantastic, and awesome, providing great service that is quick and efficient. Staff are noted to be kind and understanding, even when handling rental issues. The cars are consistently reported to be in good shape and great, especially considering the high volume of tourist rentals. Customers are advised to book in advance and ensure their reservation is confirmed the day before to guarantee a vehicle, as availability can be limited. It is also recommended to arrive close to the scheduled pickup time, as the desk may be unattended early, but the process for both pick-up and drop-off is very efficient. While occasional short waits may occur if staff are temporarily unavailable, the overall experience is positive and easy.
