This Macy's location is one of the better and more favorite locations compared to others on the mainland. The store is huge, spanning multiple floors accessed by escalator, and is decently kept with a great, alive vibe different from other stores that can feel tired. This is possibly due to its location and Liberty House legacy. A major highlight is the new and expansive Toys R Us section on the fourth floor, which is bigger than any other Macy's and offers a large variety of toys for all ages, including a play area, lawn games, board games, and a huge clearance section. The customer service is always good and staff is plentiful, with specific praise for helpful employees on the fourth floor and in sections like Michael Kors. The merchandise offerings are vast. The ground floor features lively makeup counters and shoes, while the basement carries decent selections for children and men with reliable brands like Nike and Polo. The upstairs women's section has a large variety of wear in all tastes and sizes. The store also includes household goods like pots, pans, and luggage. Overall, it provides a great shopping experience with plenty of parking.

This has got to be one of my favorite Macy's I've been to compared to the ones on the mainland where I live and I haven't even been through the whole store. The customer service is always good especially in the shoe department. It has a different vibe than other stores and staff is plentiful.
