At the other store (the big one), I spent 2 hours because the reps equipment wasn't working properly. The manager stepped in and said he would personally help me and then ignored me for another half hour. Later, I went to this store (School St.) and I was in and out in 20 minutes with my name new phone. No fuss, no muss.

Nice store. Employees friendly enough but there was a very long wait. 12 groups of people ahead of me. Waited a half an hour and in that time 2 people were seen so figured it might take a couple hours so I left

It was very busy when I got there. Signed in and was 5th in line. This was at around 10:30 am on Thursday.Line moves okay not so quick. Only two representatives were working at the time.Overall, great service and everything was smooth.
