“This store is great - knowledgeable techs, attentive manager, and timely service (make an appointment). My situation with a line transfer between accounts that resulted in a cancellation rather than a transfer was complicated but not of their making, and they worked really hard to resolve it. Ultimately, there was no going back, so I got a new number. That was taken care of quickly and I’m back in business.”

“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. I had a great experience here!”

“They have weird hours. Went there a few times and they were closed. Call ahead so you won't be disappointed.Updated review 02.27.2023. Make sure to show up way before 3pm for service. Doors close at 3pm. Have been dealing with Alex for over 5+ years and he is very honest , straight forward, patient and personable. Stood in line and saw crazy people with sob stories in there. Don't try and pull any BS with him, he ain't got no time for any Bu115h;+. Be nice and he will be nice back. Alex deals with a lot of customers that have bad credit, no credit or elderly old school Chinese speaking. Compared to ATnT, Verizon, Sprint , etc will not even talk to you if your credit does not qualify.If you are difficult, walking sad story, manipulative, crazy coocoo ka choo please do not seek him out. He is much too busy for that trash. No offense.5 golden stars for Alex, hang in there dude!”

“Today is a blessing day for all these times I have issues with my phone bills. I was upset because the customer Services didn't do good job dealing with my problems dealing with Services especially they keep charging my account for almost 17 months straight billed me huge amount which I explained to them I didn't ask for the new promotions or new devices. They told me it free without explained that they will put me on 2 year Contract. I tried to canceled those lines cause I can't afford. They didn't listen or help me at all. They lied to me and keep charging my account not according to my payment arrangements. I was upset cause every month got charged due to my 288.00 plus every month. Today is August 8 2026 Saturday I come to canceled my lines and I was relieved because I understand and get this Mgr step in answer help me get out of my problems. This Mgr name Jacob from Beretania store with the help of Thomas the worker there. I would like to say my appreciation for you guys Jacob and Thomas M for doing a good job to solve my problems. You did great dealing with your Customer Services for above and beyond. Hope you guys keep doing a great job doing your honest and helpful business. God bless you both and Again thank you very much..I really appreciated your business. Looking forward to seeing at the store because I come in to switch to different phone Company. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable, the repair including the battery was very cheap as well. Would recommend coming here for any sort of phone repair!”
