Booked a car well in advance. Waited several hours in line only to be told no cars are available.

I'm not sure where I rented a car from it was from a third party and even though I I paid for a collision it was not full coverage I had to pay another $16 to get full coverage it was a total about $50 a day. so my 22.00 a day rental rate was more like 75 dollars a day.

I was pressured into buying four days' worth of car insurance for over $200. My car rental fee for four days was only $160. My own car insurance covered the rental period, but the receptionist was aggressive and tried to force me to buy insurance.
